There are a lot of eatery choices to choose from inside Les Halles de Lyon de Paul Bocuse, and…read moreafter wandering the mouth-watering food shops and perusing many a menu, we settled on Maison Rousseau for no other reason that it had some quiet tables amidst the bustle. We started with the soupe des poissons, a deep, flavorful and smooth fish soup, served with a redolent aioli and crispy croutons. We then shared a generous plate of tagliatelle aux vongoles, so wonderfully simple and good. We polished that off in like no time, devoured all those delicious tiny clams, and wiped our plates clean with bread. Oh yeah. That's living well! Very pleasant service too.
