The sandwiches are served in a pita and include fries, and your choice of sauces (Ketchup, mayo, harissa, "white sauce", etc...) Meats to chose from: -Lamb. It is carved from a rotating spit. -Merguez (spicy Moroccan sausage) -Chicken. -Falafel. The plates offer the same choices, but in bigger portions and include vegetables.
