Btw, if you're thinking price, 27 Euro for a michelin star restaurant lunch menu was NOTHING, especially for the quality and experience of this place. If you had to choose, I'd say for two, each should choose different dishes to try most of the menu. The foie gras, raviole, the Cochon (pork), risotto with mushrooms, the French toast and the vacherin. All of them to die for! A MUST if you're going to Biarritz.

First set: half dozen oysters with lemon and salt as an appetizer, steamed cod with fish skin slightly fried to perfection with lentils and sliced apple with apple mush and powdered sugar for dessert. Second set: foie gras and bloody sausage over toast as an appetizer, veal stew with lentils for main and fromage for dessert. I recommend both appetizers, fish for main and apple for dessert. Quiet and quaint are two words to describe this restaurant. A good 10 minute walk from the Casino but due cold temperatures, it felt longer. No wifi. 1 restroom for each gender.
