We meant to take it home with us but it didn't last too long as we went through half of it on the bus ride back to port. OOPS! We did manage to get a medium sized jar of salted caramel which we haven't tried but I assume it's going to be awesome. I've tried one their grand cru hot chocolates from the Dominican Republic and it's my favorite I've had thus far. The chocolate is thick and rich and the price point is fair as well. I'm in Bordeaux until June so I will be frequenting this place a lot more.

At €1.90 each, they're not cheap, but this was the best one I've had in Bordeaux. The outside has a nice caramelized crust, the inside is still moist by not too dense, and it's not overly sweet. They have other things in the shop like nice chocolates, chocolate bars, desserts, madelines, sables, etc. I would definitely recommend this place for a canele in Bordeaux.
