He replaced the closure on one bag and repaired the stitching on both sides of the other bag . He conditioned the leather and left both bags looking brand new. This buisness is wonderful. Kind, friendly and knowledgeable, this gentleman is great at his craft. He let me know right away what needed to be done to fix the boot and keep it stable then he HAND SEWED the heel back to the boots! For less then 30$! I bought my first tall Frye boots. The only issue with the ankle shaft that was a little tight around my calves. They were concern it might not work but they asked me if they could try. They expanded the top part of the shaft a little to make it more comfortable, and it works!Highly recommended. read more

I went into get a pair of Dr Marten sandals fixed, thinking I'd have to come back in a few days to pick them up. Nope, he fixed them while I waited maybe 10 minutes! The gentleman that owns and operates is a very kind and accomodating person. I came to him with custom leather work on a pair of motorcycle chaps. There was a few slight language issues as he is of Russian or perhaps Ukrainian descent, but he was eager to tackle a job that he had never done before and produced incredible results.
