It was a little high but I gave them a try. The first visit, a "deep cleaning" resulted in the paint being destroyed on the range hood. They were very prompt in repaying me for having it replaced. I decided to give them a second chance. They were over an hour late, 3 people came to clean a small 2 bedroom apartment. They were in each other's way, it was ridiculous. They didn't seem to be organized at all, After they vacuumed the living room, they started leaving. I asked about the other rooms not being vacuumed, they said they had done them. I was sitting right here, they did Not! And they hurried out the door. After they left, I found so many places that were not cleaned, halfway cleaned and you couldn't smell any kind of cleaning product, I had asked for more natural products after the first time it smelled like toxic chemicals. I emailed the company about the unsatisfactory job. I got no response. I eventually received a bill and I contacted them that I didn't feel I should pay full price for such an unsatisfactory job. She responded that I had to contact the office before the girls left to have had them look at it. I didn't pay the bill and received a second one with a huge late charge. I emailed an offer to pay half the price of the cleaning and asked for a reply. After waiting almost a week. No response. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I've paid Angel Touch many thousands of dollars over the past year to NOT clean my facility. They…read morehad a clear checklist of areas to be cleaned and dates on which we needed cleaning. They simply didn't do what they were paid to do, no matter how many times their sloppy work was pointed out to them. The clear scope of work and contract that were agreed to were broken from Day 1 and never got better after many second and third and tenth chances. I have hundreds of pictures of untouched filth all over the facility, all taken with hours of them finalizing their "cleaning." This includes a dead rat that was left for 4 weeks in plain sight, just to see when their crew would ever actually clean. Owner got angry and belligerent multiple times when I contacted him directly to let him know his crew hadn't done the work that he was billing me for. If you want professional cleaners with a professional attitude and customer service at a fair price, you won't find any of those things here.
