After receiving one of the products, I realize that I had sent in a missed spelled name. The owners quickly replaced the product at no charge without question. The product was just as I envisioned. Our wedding was perfect and so were our family name badges! In the photo, Father-in-law and his three son-in-laws! Each son-in-law before marrying our daughter has had to endure advice from the future father in law on how to stay married forever. Quite simply.... say two things in response to our daughter's requests...1. "Ok, I Just live here" and 2. "Yes Dear". Second piece of advice, don't mess up and get the two answers mixed up LOL. This photo is the day after the wedding of our third daughter. Three down one to go! Thanks Jerry and Marcie Ryan for ending our beautiful destination wedding with a great laugh!

This is a review for the ReStore, which is located at 6786 Hwy 491/160…read more They always have extremely useful items at super reasonable, sometimes dirt-cheap prices. Some of the newer or higher quality stuff can be priced a little higher, but it's almost always very reasonable, and they frequently run sales (they're also happy to give discounts!). The regular volunteers are the nicest people, the place always seems lively even if there's hardly anyone customers there, and it's fun to just peruse the store and listen to the conversations. This isn't a huge ReStore like the one in Montrose or other bigger areas, but for the size, the selection is awesome, and they're always getting in new stuff. The volunteers work incredibly hard and do their best to keep the old building tidy and organized, and I think their hard work shows. Don't go expecting a fancy shiny store - this IS still a thrift store after all! They do an immense service not only by getting low priced, quality home improvement items to people who need them, but they also keep those perfectly good items out of the dump. And of course, the proceeds go to Habitat for Humanity, so it's a win-win-win situation. An absolute must-stop if you're working on any kind of home/garden/construction project, or if you need furniture. And if you're a contractor, donate instead of making the extra trip to the dump!

Do not bother. i have been to some great ReStores, and frequented different ones since the 90's…read more Of course the Cortez one is smaller than most, BUT what makes this the WORST is that it seems that if anything useful is donated the useful items never get put in the front of the store. It seems lthe majority of the inventory is off limits to the public. What's in the front for the public seems to be predominantly shabby old furniture. There is a room with glassware, cups, and plates, and some kitchen gadgets; however this junk mostly looks like Goodwill rejects that would be tossed out in the garbage. I s cannot imagine that most people would ever find anything of use here, because again the vast majority of their junk seems to be hoarded iin the back. This is all disappointing because some ReStores are very well run, and can be a great to save $ on for house, yard, and construction projects.

After a good experience with our rental today, I figured I would write something nice, as well as…read morean honest review, to boost these guys' score up a bit, since all went well with our order. We rented an off road forklift to unload a heavy delivery load that was a bit too heavy to handle manually. Everything from order to delivery went great. We were able to order the forklift that same day and get it pick-up early the next day. Our forklift was delivered by Rent-All Rentals on a flatbed in the late afternoon and everything went as expected. At drop-off, an estimate was provided that clearly laid out the fees as an estimate based on a little over the length of rental time that we planned to use it for - which was probably presented that way so there wouldn't be any surprises. The forklift was in good condition and it was surprisingly a pretty heavy duty piece of equipment that saved us from moving a good 3,000 pounds individually, one-by-one, by hand, which would have been pretty exhausting. Furthermore, the area on dirt that we were trying to move the items to, required some distance over dirt, that only an off-road forklift would be able to handle. This off-road forklift we rented from Rent-All Rentals handled moving everything with ease. Upon the return of the forklift the following morning, our invoice was emailed to us with the time matching just the amount of time we needed it for - so we were not overcharged. There were some taxes and some fees added on that he had mentioned prior. We also paid for the delivery and pick-up - all pricing came out to what was quoted to us by phone. No huge surprises. Nothing broke. Overall, good experience.
