I paid $120 for a "light interior detail" and the results were horrible. When I first messaged him…read morehis customer service was great. He responded quickly and even offered to complete the service within the same day. When he arrived at my apartment he told me that the service was going to only take an hour. This was the first red flag, any other time I've had my car cleaned by a "professional" it's taken at least 2-2.5 hours minimum. Nonetheless, he finished right on time. When I walked up to my car it was night time and there was no lights on in my car or around it. Second red flag! How are you going to ensure that my car is properly clean if you can't see? After examining his work, I realized that I paid for him to play around, as it left much to be desired. My car smells and looks almost the same as when I gave it to him. The cup holder was not wiped down, there is dirt and dust stuck in the crevices of the handbrake, the doors still have some smudges, the seat leather wasn't wiped, the list goes on. The only thing I can tell that he did was vacuum the floors. After voicing my concerns the only thing he could say was that this is what I paid for. Maybe this was on me for not asking thorough questions about his services. But what I do know is that I will never go to him again, nor do I think you should if you care about quality work. Edit: After asking for a refund. He said that I was threatening him.

He has exhibited the excellence in attention to detail and customer service that has seemed to evaporate in almost all business's since the Covid pandemic. My first was a BMW Z 4. He did the ceramic coating, cleaned and restored a scrape on the leather seat, cleaned the engine and wheels and it was ALL included in the original price he quoted to me just for the coating. INCREDIBLE !! About six months later I had a new Mercedes done and was again so impressed I took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler to him. The Jeep was a bit rough from off road work but it came back looking better than the day I bought it. I can only say that this level of performance is above and beyond any expectation on both quality and price. J. P. Bolton
