He determined we needed a part that he had back at his shop. He left and returned in another hour with the part. We've had issues previously with this furnace particularly the "zone valve." 4 different HVAC experts had been to our house before replacing zone valve after zone valve. Brian examined the furnace and he was able to determine that the issue was probably never the zone valve, but the wiring was never Installed properly. He rewired, also discovered it wasn't working because with 2 thermostats we needed a transformer. He fixed it all the same day and we finally had someone solve our "zone valve" issue after 25 years! !!! Can't recommend Experienced enough!!!
