Those measurements led to drawings from Karen and options for an interior trash can. To lock in a date and get started, a deposit is required but was pleased to learn its accepted by phone. I deducted a star due to the following: - they left my lawn filled with saw dust that has lingered. - there's no clear indication of the start time until 30 -40 min before on your install date - should be provided the business day before if not sooner. - they discard all the boxes on your property. In my case, recycling is suspended so it'd be out there unless I paid someone to haul it away. I had to explain this several times before they reluctantly agreed to take them. (All other delivery companies take their boxes, especially at this price!)

Installation of counter top was spectacular. Very professional and willing to help and advise. He suggested that I use a leftover piece to finish my bathroom counter. He also instantly made me feel comfortable with both his expertise and just his personality. I'll definitely be a back when I decide between the floor samples, and I may even come back to have our kitchen floor redone (sometime in the future). New Orleans Flooring in Elmwood did a terrible job on our vinyl floors. We had our floor replaced…read morewith an LVP product called Strong Built Floors which was sold exclusively by New Orleans Flooring. Shortly after installation we started having issues with the flooring popping up and warping. Countless times we had to have them replace the broken and or warped boards. After months of this happening they decided to rip up the flooring and have it reinstalled "properly". Their excuse was not that there was a problem with the flooring but a problem with the installation. So we once again had to rent a storage pod out of pocket and move all of our furniture. Plus, we had to move out of our house with two small kids while they worked. This time they did an even worse job than the first time, rushing to get the entire job completed within a weekend. They did not allow the flooring to acclimate to the indoor environment and did not allow proper drying of the self leveler. There are too many other flooring companies in the greater New Orleans area that I'm sure would do a much better job than New Orleans flooring in Elmwood did. Please think twice before going with this company for your flooring needs.

They put down drop cloths, used a shop vac when cutting or drilling to keep dust down. Made sure everything functioned properly and cleaned up after themselves. Each time they made an appointment to come out measure everything onsite then a few weeks later after the glass is cut and fabricated they come and do the install. They do great work of the highest quality, my glass window that was replaced had a curve at the top which required very exact measurements to cut and precision skill to install. Standard was able to measure and get the replacement glass in two weeks and the new glass install took less than two hours, and was a perfect match. Total cost was actually $100 less than a local window company quoted me for a replacement window that would not have been an exact match.
