Excellent. Great menu. Great service. Best ceviche and most beautiful too. Waiter was very friendly. Not a stuffy place at all. Fancy but not snobby. And the food is truly delicious!

amazing service! the staff were so friendly and always making jokes. the inside is also very fancy but their 3 course menu isn't too expensive (~$55). the foie gras appetizer was really good, better than the foie gras i've had elsewhere. the main courses were both okay, not as much flavor. the tiramisu was good would recommend. the souffle was very fluffy and we liked the consistency but it has a slight alcohol taste to that i wasn't a fan of

On our list of Michelin star ranked restaurants to try out, this one stands out for its modern decor and equally modern palate. We had the 3 pieces set dinner menu for 46 E pp. My starter was the artichoke soup, which I'd never had before and was absolutely delicious with a subtle flavour enhanced by thin strips of Parmesan and drizzled over with truffle oil. Husby had the artichoke salad with arugula and turnip slices was equally good in an unexpected way. Our main was a generous portion of perfectly cooked sea bass and the skin crisped also to perfection, placed on a bed of mashed potatoes and topped with lightly pickled onions, capers, cilantro and dill. To end a perfect meal, I had the Grand Marnier souffle, which is prepared by a pastry chef you can see from the restaurant and comes to the table hot out of the oven, they don't skimp on the liquer either! Husby had the fruit pavlova which tastes as good as it looks and them some! The berries are fresh and the balance of flavours is just right, not over bearingly sweet if there's such a thing! The wait staff are friendly, and speak English and have a sense of humour. They too speak enough English to communicate with you, and you'll probably speak just enough French to get by. Bon appetite!

Wonderfully delicious food. The menu is small, and often changes. However, this makes going back to it a treat as you are often forced to try new and delicious dishes. However, the restaurant is small. And there are a lot of tables. And it fills up all the time. So, if you're looking for a nice, quite place to have a even somewhat private dinner with anyone, this place is definitely not for you.

Usually when my family and I go for dinner it is me who makes the reservation, however this time I didn't. Even though it wasn't my choice I was looking forward to the restaurant. Shockingly it was a quaint little restaurant with a posh yet unpretentious vibe. The lights were low, the wine was stocked and the kitchen was the shining star at the back of the restaurant, visible through a large glass window. The chefs seemed like the kind you see coming out of institutions like Paul Bocuse. The bread service was delicious with the bread being made that day (although not warm) and the butter being not to cold so that it was spreadable. We deciding to drink some beautiful white wine from Bandol (Chateau de Pibarnon 2018) which was fantastic. Our waiter was extremely patient and welcoming which is sometimes hard to come by in France (especially because we were a group of 10). We got their prix fix menu which was 48 Euros and had about 6 options for each of the starter, main and dessert (a great price considering some of the a la cart dishes were 48 euros themselves). I started with the sea bream ceviche which was done in the style of a tartar. The Ceviche was really delicious however did lack a certain aspect of acidity. But I really love how the chef made this more of a "dry-style" ceviche where the plate wasn't overflowing with juices. The little toasts that accompanied the ceviche did leave something to be desired because they were brittle and seemed to be made hours ago (fresh would have been appreciated). For the main I ordered the seabass with crushed potatoes, which was simply divine. I cannot say enough great things about this dish. The fish was cooked and seasoned to perfection, with the skin side being crispy and the fish being moist. The sauces and vegetable accompaniments were extremely well balanced, while not taking away from the extraordinarily fresh fish. I also ordered the foie gras off the a la cart menu because I had to try it and that had to be one of the best decisions I ever made. The foie was firm yet soft and paired extremely well with the sauce which was slightly sweet and sour. For dessert I ordered the Soufflé with Grand Marnier. I had a little mishap and poured the sauce on prematurely, where I was promptly notified by another patron that you have to first make a hole and then pour the sauce in. The soufflé was light and airy which paired well with the citrus based sauce. We went to many restaurants in France that were on the Michelin guide and being honest, I felt many of them did not deserve to be there. However, this restaurant deserves a high place on the Michelin guide. To the chefs, I cannot thank you enough for the very best meal I had in France. I believe if you keep doing what your doing you will have a Michelin star in no time. I will be back every time I visit Cannes and cannot recommend this establishment enough. 5 Stars.

Found this place by accident for our last dinner in Cannes. Oh my!! The $46 menu is unbeatable. The soufflé is what dreams are made of. First time in my life I went to bed without brushing my teeth so that I fall asleep still tasting it.

Apparently this is where Sarcozy and Obama went for dinner when they were in town. I don't blame them. The cozy, single enclosed dining room is perfect for undercover diners, while the visible kitchen up top executes some high level fare. The foie gras was smooth and buttery. I was enamored by the perfectly cooked lamb entree and the grand marnier soufle was light, airy, complex and unforgetable. I am a chocolate fan myself, so I secretly hoped they would offer a chocolate souffle instead. They are forgiven, however, since they seem to have perfected this particular recipe. I would say this is a must go while in cannes.

Food was great. Waiter was horrible. He was rude to me, but not my friend. Mad about me speaking English.

Everyone is decked out in Cannes fashion here and you will see ladies in lovely white dresses with beautiful Hermes bags. If this is not the scene you're looking for, then your money is best spent somewhere else - because La Mome is a dining scene with good food, it's not the best restaurant in Cannes and it's certainly not a good value! I loved the vibes and I'd definitely come back again depending on the crowd I'm dining with - the salmon carpaccio was stellar, but pricey at 85 euros and the lamb was fine, though also pricey at 45 Euros for two chops. Cocktails are great and the service is what you would expect of a fashionable french beach town spot.

And hats off to the owner who literally was the only waiter in the packed little restaurant and was serving the wine, making the espressos, bussing tables, taking orders, making desserts, speaking to each table a bit, having a wonderful attitude, and doing it all in good timing to all the satisfied customers. The chef himself even pitched in with helping serve, totally in sync with the owner. These two amazing guys totally changed my and my wife's perspective about how other restaurants are run - especially when tipping here is more of a courtesy and in the states many restaurants just add 18% on to your bill for gratuity regardless of the service you got. I left the owner just 10 euros and he was so thankful and graciously declined but promised he'd give it to the kitchen staff when we insisted that we just had to appreciate them with a tip. Unreal, awesome, classy, can't wait to return.
