I signed up for a new account in late January and no one told me this location was going to close…read moretwo weeks later. They told me I still had to pay a $20 cancellation fee. They then said they would put in a ticket to their corporate office to take care of it, but a month has passed and I was just charged another month for membership. I have to drive a half hour now to go to the next closest location just to pay money to cancel my membership because you can't cancel your account via phone or email. Garbage. Stay away.
