Asked to get acrylic removed. they were able to take me without an appointment. However, she just started chopping away. Didn't ask if I wanted to keep them or not. My real nails were quite long underneath. Good thing I didn't want to keep them! They were mercilessly chopped to pieces. She used the dremmel for the top layer, then used another acrylic nail to pry off the rest. she barely shaped and left me with a bunch of unsightly smears, jagged edges, and a sore fingertip from one dremmel. It was a quick in and out, but not good quality. €15 for that! It's also cash only. For which there was no sign, so I had to leave my bag there while I went to grab cash. They only got 2 stars because they were at least very cordial and nice even though my German isn't great. read more

NULL Sterne!! So ein schlechter Service! Ich bin Amerikanerin und sie haben mich so schlecht behandelt. Die Frau neben mir bekam eine Pediküre und bekam den vollen Service. Ich fragte danach und meine E-Mail-Technikerin wurde noch gereizter, dass sie meine Pediküre machen musste. Danach fing sie an, weiter Mist zu reden, weil sie dachte, ich hätte es verstanden. Schade, denn alle anderen schienen ziemlich nett zu ihren Kunden zu sein. Ich bin mir also sicher, dass es auch ein Rassenproblem war. Ich verstehe, warum sie jetzt nur 2 Sterne haben read more

Prices are average. Basic pedi is 22 but w polish 25. They have some limited waxing services, legs and arms. They also do facials. Street parking only. All I can say is AMMMMAzing. Ayten is very professional while being very personal. I love going not only for the service but the interaction. I trust her with my eye brows, which is a very big deal (obviously) and although laser-ing isn't fun, she tries to make it as quick as possible! Very clean and cute little room.
