This is going to be my new nail salon in Fond du Lac! I have only gotten a pedicure so far, but Dani was awesome- friendly, fun to talk to, and did a great job on my pedicure. They have SO many color options for gel and dip, you will have a hard time choosing! Everyone is really friendly, and there is a wide variety of very talented artists that work here - someone sitting next to me showed me their nails that had been done earlier and I was astounded with how gorgeous they were with gems and designs. Very first experience with this salon. My requested artist was given to someone else despite me being the first arrival with a 9AM Appointment. The artist that replaced her cut nearly every one of my fingers and toes and washed his tools in my foot bath. The nail quality was good but the experience as a whole was rendered unenjoyable as a result of the aforementioned issues. read more

It had been a few weeks since I was able to get my last pedicure. My nail technician was rude. I had asked her to "grate" my heels more as she did it very briefly (couple seconds) and she said no and then laughed! She made several of my toes bleed when cutting them with the "pliers looking" tool. She told me "no" when I asked for two coats of polish. Isn't that standard? She was very, very quick, but the results were bad. When I left the polish looked nice, but my feet looked like nothing had been done to them. They might've even been worse than when I came in. I did let someone know that I wasn't satisfied and they were sorry it happened and would talk to her. Looking back, I am sorry I ended up paying full price for the service. read more

My girlfriend took me here for a pedicure. They are the nicest most professional workers I've ever meet. They make you feel very welcome and are quick. Overall I wish I could give this place a 50/10 my girlfriend has been coming here for about a year and also loves them I genuinely look forward for my feet to get gross again so I can come back! read more

Had never been here before so I thought I'd try it out. Service was prompt and the environment clean and appealing. There had been some confusion over the phone but they were accommodating! But the nails... I asked for a full set of coffin nails and showed 2-3 types of photos so they'd know what I was going for. I was not pleased with how they turned out. My cuticles on a few fingers were ragged, and on a few nails there was quite a bit of space between it that I didn't like and the nails on some fingers were lumpy, but everything else was fine. read more

Went in for a gel manicure, needed the old polished soaked off. My tech was sloppy with the removal. Laid my hand on aluminum foil with a rope of cotton over the top, doused my whole fingers with acetone and didn't even allow time for them to soak. Within minutes she rushed thru it by using a dremel while while they were still dripping in acetone. She shortened them without asking. The paint is thick and wavy, there's paint all on the cuticles. Generally this service takes an hour, she was done in less than 1/2 an hr. Definitely not worth the $30 it cost. read more

I came in as a walk in and they had me seated very quickly. The man that did my nails was beyond sloppy and most of the tools that were used were old and dirty. When he was done it definitely was not what I pictured. I went home and fixed the nails myself. Had to file and reshape them due to multiple fingers not matching. I also had to re do the color since they did not have a color anywhere close to what the picture I showed them. Should have just stuck to doing them myself. Will not be returning. read more

My first time pedicure and it was a bust . I got a man that was quiet and stared out the window the whole time as if he didn't wanna be there and I understand cleaning feet isn't a go to profession , but that doesn't mean I deserve half ass service . I payed for ($45)deluxe , hoping to feel relaxed in my feet after as they're in pain all the time . The guy only worked on my legs , didn't seem to really put in any care , wasn't truly paying attention. When it came to the hot towel he layer them over my legs I'm pretty sure you're supposed to wrap the feet and part of the leg .. the hot rocks were used for 1 minute . He most definitely used a foot scrub that already had CALLAS ON IT!!!! I looked away for that part my anxiety was though the roof , I just really wanted to treat myself for once and feel good about spending that much on myself but I truly regretted it and wished I would have waited to find a place that's more caring and didn't cause anxiety it shouldn't be this way . I have not been happy with my nails lately so decided to try this salon because the reviews were so good, but I was left disappointed. I was called in to come in earlier than my scheduled time which I appreciated. When I walked in I was greeted and told to wash hands. I proceeded to the station I was directed to and was given the colors to choose for my dip manicure. The gentleman proceeded to run his electric tool over my finger to point I felt it was burning. He then trimmed the cuticle and made my finger bleed. He put some pressure and solution on. It continued to bleed and he just kept applying the dip. The color is not close to the sample. I asked for short nails but he filed so hard that I have a cut under my nail. My nails still hurt this morning. The shape is great. But the color is dark and you can see the blood spot under the color. It was easy to see and I can not believe he thought I should leave like that! I should not see a white smudge in the middle of a nail I just got done! I guess this salon is not for me either. read more
