I thought it was all ready to load up. The tech said let's test it out before you take it away. He tested the dryer and there was no heat. That sent up a red flag for me. Why would you have me come this far without testing the dryer that I had already selected? He then said it would take 10 minutes to fix the problem. After waiting for 3 minutes I decided against it. Why should I pay out $250 for something that's being fixed at the last minute? Never again.
