The morning of my delivery window came and went, so I called their customer service line to find out what was going on. The customer service rep told me that I owed an additional $42 and that my order was "on hold" until payment was processed. When I asked how this could have happened, because I ordered it online and they were the ones who calculated the total, so the issue was with their system, I was told "yeah, online ordering can be glitchy" I then asked the customer service rep why no one notified me that my order was on hold, especially since they had charged my credit card and sent me an email confirmation that was order was set and I was told that no one monitors that system so there would be no way to notify me unless I called in. What a stupid process and dumb answer to receive. I then had to call back and speak with someone from sales to pay the additional amount and they were able to schedule my pickup for the following Tuesday (they don't deliver on Sunday or Monday for some reason) I then went to read the online reviews and became so concerned because so many people have had problems with this company and everyone had a story of a delivery gone wrong or some other issue. Luckily, I received the bed, with all the parts, and the delivery folks set it up quickly and got on their way. I don't imagine that I'll ever shop here again, the whole experience was frustrating and it's evident that they don't care about their customers.

Cozy store with a ton of history. This business was recommended to me and I figured I would check…read moreout the hype! Stopped in today for small business Saturday and left with a few goodies. They did have a sign on the door asking customers to not take photos while inside- whether it is for security purposes or to ward off the use of google image. I guess you will have to visit yourself! Extremely small parking lot, it looks as though they share the parking lot with a few other businesses, but have a few spots exclusively for their store.

My mom started walking into the store because it is her birthday and wanted to see the jewelry. Immediately upon entering we noticed how beautiful and organized the shop is. Rather small in space with only a few costumers in shop. The merchandise was from all over the world and my family (being well traveled) noticed many heritage pieces. My oldest sister had asked the store owner if she had made the jewelry herself. The woman firmly and with very rude intention responded "what?, what are you talking about NO." Afterwards we attempted to keep light conversation about the countries the items were from. The owner and her daughter are extremely rude and disconnected. They never once looked up at us or bothered to stop texting to answer our questions. On top of it they're very uneducated on their products and extremely over priced for items you can get for bulk on Amazon. I would of purchased some jewelry from this store if the woman would actually care about selling their products. Unfortunately I will never come back here.

We were at the Seekonk, MA store at around 7:00 pm on February 28. We had a pleasant shopping…read moreexperience but didn't find anything that we wanted to buy. Before we were going to leave, we looked for the restroom. When we found it, the entire hallway leading to it was dark and had been blocked off with room dividers and a sign saying out of order. We made a joke about it because it had the look of a closed off area, not just temporarily out of order. We were exiting the store, walking past the checkout area when an associate, a middle aged woman who had the look of being some kind of shift supervisor, basically wanted to start a confrontation with us. As we were walking past, well within proximity for us to hear her, she made a comment to a young associate that seemed to be about us joking about the restroom out of order sign. We turned to clarify what she had said and she repeated that we made some joke about the restrooms being closed. We did not engage with her and left. I went back to the vestibule area to look in to see her name tag, but I couldn't see one. Then we left. I had planned to write to Ollie's corporate but found on their website a rigid format to leave positive remarks but no interest expressed in hearing other feedback. As I tried to find a way to communicate with them, I learned that they have some very unpleasant actions against them, touching on discrimination and other unpleasantness. At that point it seemed that this kind of employee may be just the expression of their management, and I decided not to try to correspond with them. Then I came to Yelp and saw the recent review and comment about the restrooms having been closed since June of 2025. I suspected when this happened that she was particularly sensitive about the restrooms being closed. It appears that Ollie's has developed a very negative culture. I would avoid them in the future.

I drive by this business during my commute to and from work, and have wanted to write a review for…read moreseveral months now. But, an unusually cool spring has left this business appearing as quiet as the proverbial Maytag repair shop. Despite the uncooperative weather that squelched this year's spring fever, I saw the owner faithfully tending to his plants (I've seen him out there as early as 7:30 a.m.) over the past few months. Now that it's taken until the latter part of May and the beginning of June for spring to have finally taken root, this store is now in its full glory, and the time seemed ripe for a visit. This business is located on a busy commercial road, next to a small convenience store (both businesses share the same parking lot). Speaking of parking, there isn't much, but then again, I've never seen a lot of activity on weekdays, during working hours (I can't vouch for evenings or weekends). I'm not so sure that the Yelp category of nursery/garden center most accurately describes this business, since they don't appear to actually grow the plants on premises, at least from what I could observe. I wouldn't categorize them as a florist either. Instead, I would describe them as a plant retailer. I don't know how or where this business obtains the plants it sells, but I will say they appeared very vibrant and healthy - in better condition than the typical big box stores, and as good or even better than many large nurseries. They sell mostly flowers, but a few vegetable plants as well, such as tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. Most of their flowers are in hanging pots, but some are in temporary containers, with the intention they will be replanted indoors or outdoors. For the small size of the store, they have a decent variety of flowers. Some stands displaying the plants are outdoors, and some stands are indoors. The man who I presume was the owner was friendly, without being pushy. Referring to several empty display stands indoors, he said he was very busy last weekend and sold many plants, but will be restocking soon. My wife is a bigger plant shopper than me, so I don't have as good a handle on prices, but the prices here seemed like good deals to me. Several potted plants could be bought for $4.99. Some were around $10. Others, like some cucumber plants around three feet tall, were $15. Many of the hanging plants were about $20, such as the particularly beautiful fuschia (which I saw selling for about $5 more at a nursery). The store is nothing fancy, mostly table after table of plants. The owner's 'office' at the front of the store consisted of a recliner and portable television about the size of an old-school transistor radio. I ended up buying a cherry tomato plant, about two feet tall, for a mere $2 - nowadays, $2 won't get you a decent cup of coffee! I definitely plan on returning, since the owner seems friendly, and the plants appear very healthy and reasonably priced.
