The only problem I had with them was they told me they would send someone out the following week to clean up the yard. That never happened. I was left with deep ruts where they ran the backhoe. I also had several deep low spots and random high spots where they didn't fill the trench back in after replacing the water line. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.

King Plumber has done a few jobs for me. Some small, some large (very expensive replacement of the…read morewaste pipe to the city line). The work was as to be expected. However, the invoice was about double what I paid for the same type of work I had done in another city. My issue with Enoch is not personal, he's a nice man, but he very definitely took advantage of my willingness to let him leave my job for 3 hours to take care of another customer (or two) on a Friday and not get back in enough time to do the camera work that day. In addition, he agreed to he would be back first thing on Monday to do the work to relieve 2 backed up sinks in my kitchen and bar area. To add insult to injury, they billed me over $500 within 15 min of him leaving on Friday and both of my sinks still full of nasty water. On Monday at 10:30am I called to get an ETA from his front office. She lets me know that he has moved my appointment to the end of the day on the day before we were expected to get 6 inches of snow w/o letting me know. She did offer me the next day spot, but no thanks. I paid the inflated invoice and have decided to leave this unflattering review (which I have never done and hope I never have the need to again.) Totally unfortunate.

When they did come back he said there were no leaks only streaks where it had leaked but he missed the mold growing all along the side of the wall. Thanks for nothing guys. I didn't hire them to begin with it was EverNest. Seriously wonder about the legitimacy of this business.

I called another company I've used in the past to clean the septic tank, explained my situation & they highly recommended ECS to hydro-jet the lateral lines. When I called ECS, Julie (she's wonderful) explained their service & they charged almost half of what the other company wanted! We set a date & Eric came out to perform the service. He did a wonderful job! He said the lateral lines were pretty clogged up with sand, dirt & roots but they are all cleared. He said I did not need an aerobic system. To say the least, ECS potentially saved me thousands of dollars! Julie & Eric are a terrific team & I highly recommend at least calling them to discuss your needs.

I noticed on my cameras the worker noticed my no soliciting sign and simply went to the next house without hanging the door hanger. To me, this shows respect for a persons property and their right to choose who they want to do business with. I can't think of a company that I have ever seen do this, and I certainly would want that kind of respect when working on my property. Certainly a company I will look into for future work.
