Very unprofessional…read more They Kept leaving the job site. When I asked for updates the owner/job coordinator Ted Massad was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I had scheduled this Sunday and was told they would be out Monday morning. The first worker showed up on Monday around 10:00 in a regular truck and left 10 minutes later saying he needed to get more tools. 2 hours went by without any updates so I called back and was told that an actual plumber would be out to help. Another hour went by and someone named Bailey showed up and said he needed someone else to get under the crawl space. He left and didn't come back. I call the owner again at 4:00 ( by the a storm had came through. They said they would be out the next morning. Meanwhile the water was off due to the leak I wanted them to fix. The next morning at 9:00 they still hadn't showed up so I called the owner again ( Ted Massad) and told if if they were there by 10:00 I was calling someone else. ( the water had been off for two days at this point ) . When his people finally showed up at 10:30 I told them to leave, I had lost trust in their ability to solve this problem and didn't want to do business with them. At this point in time Ted Massed called me an idiot and threatened to put a lean on the house. I went back and forth with him for a bit and he repeatedly called me names ( I have a copy of the entire text ) We called an actual plumber that showed up within an hour , capped the line and got the water back on ( my son and his wife live in the house ) I paid Ted Massad $94 for his people that repeatedly showed up ( very late ) but didn't do any work. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. PAID THEM $94 FOR NOTHING. TED IS VERY INSULTING. DO NOT USE THEM.

Our warranty company called Woolley's Plumbing when the drain pipe to our septic tank clogged under…read morethe house. Woolley's unclogged the drain and replaced the toilet and charged us $420. They told us if we had any problems with it just to give them a call. The warranty company denied our claim because, they said, the toilet had been removed and they do not cover maintenance. Two weeks later the same drain clogged again so I called Woolley's. It was a Friday and John Woolley said they could back out after the weekend. They never showed up and did not respond to my calls or texts. Subsequently I called Falcon Plumbing out of Tahlequah and he finally unclogged the drain for good. He charged me $100 for more work and equipment (he brought a snake with a camera) than Woolley's did for $420. The plumber from Falcon just shook his head when I told him how much Woolley had charged me. Not only did Woolley's overcharge, but they also did not guarantee their work. Instead, they ignored our pleas to return and complete the work they had started.
