I went in to Kyle's ten days before I was getting married in the hope that the staff would provide a helpful and supportive service. The experience was anything but helpful - the sales assistants were more concerned with having a gossip with each other than in helping customers look around the store.
The lady that did eventually help (Nikita) when asked to look at a photo and say if she thought a design we had picked out complimented the outfit replied "I don't know, we need to see the outfit, we can't say without seeing it"... then continued to just stand there and stare whilst I scrambled around trying to find something.
Simply put - don't go in here if you're looking for bespoke friendly service. I left feeling upset and frustrated - something I would not wish on another bride to be. We've spent thousands buying jewelry at Kyle's over the years - even before they became famous. However, they've become complacent, arrogant and unprofessional - certainly won't be coming again. read more
