From our first conversation, I was impressed by his knowledge, preparation, and attention to detail. Todd carefully evaluated my property, thoroughly researched the relevant comparable sales, and came back to me with a clear, detailed, and well-thought-out plan. He was precise, consistent, highly professional, and excellent with his communication throughout the entire process. Although I ultimately sold the condo directly to a cash buyer and did not formally list the property with Todd, that does not take away from the exceptional experience I had working with him. If I had decided to renovate and list the condo, Todd unquestionably would have been one of my top choices to represent me. If you have any real estate needs, I strongly recommend contacting Todd. He will take the time to understand your situation, provide knowledgeable and honest guidance, and lead you in the right direction.
