Called twice during business hours and got an answering machine, left messages. Over a week later…read moreMartha finally returned my call to let me know rather rudely she is not taking any new clients. Jeez, just needed a little trim. Guess you should cross Martha off your list unless you're already a client. She did not offer to book me with anyone else in her salon, so guess she is alone or doesn't care about her other hairdressers who might like another client. I have been going to Vidal Sassoon in San Francisco for over 25 years and never had Sassoon not answer the phone during business hours, not promptly return phone calls or be so rude on the phone. Guess I will just make a day of it and drive to The City and see my old friends. Probably a better choice anyway.
