While they have moved back indoors, they still continue the pop up arrangements each day that you can walk in and purchase. They also make custom arrangements. I've called them several times with an arrangement request. I either can reference an arrangement they have on their website, or I have told them how much I want to spend and the type of flowers that I want, and they make something for me. Every time I've had them do the arrangements, they turn out beautifully! Good sized arrangements normally range from $60-$100, but they last for a solid week. They do delivery as well as pick up, and I've been able to call them with 24 hours of a request and get an order. Also, their shop is beautiful! In addition to the pop up arrangements, they have several home goods and seasonal decorations you can buy. They also do event work. I haven't had them do anything for me for an event, so I don't know the prices. But I've seen their work on Instagram and it looks beautiful!

She was very responsive (I was planning my Memphis wedding from Chicago) and organized. I received my invoices within 48 hours over e-mail and was able to pay off my balance online. Because I had s small budget, Holly adjusted my table arrangements to simple gladiolas and greenery, and my bouquet was classic red roses and curly willow. Everything was very simple and classic and looked gorgeous. (I have seem pictures of her other arrangements, and she is also skilled at must more artistic and contemporary floral designs.) Holly was also able to accommodate an additional request of an Indian-style wedding garland. Once I communicated my flower needs, Holly sent pictures, and set up a mock display of the arrangements in her floral studio in Midtown. She charges an additional fee for setup and take down of the flowers, but it is reasonably priced and I was glad to have her in charge of setup. (In retrospect, I would have paid the additional fee to have her take down and handle the flowers instead of my family members.) It took several days to get something to my friend, but it was not their fault! I appreciated them sticking with me until we got her something. It was Valentine's Day weekend (so busy for them), and we had several challenges getting flowers to my friend since the hospital room she was in had a restriction on flowers. Carolyn suggested we send balloons and candy - great idea! On the day of delivery, my friend changed rooms and never got the first order. I called and Carolyn and her staff delivered another one. They were kind and understanding through the whole ordeal and made sure my friend got a nice gift to brighten her day.
