I am so grateful to this office for allowing me to take late appointments. I take care of my elderly parents, and have many issues such as degenerating discs in my neck, fibromyalgia etc. They are always understanding and kind and willing to help me out in any way they can. They even offered me a ride to and from an appointment. I've had fillings, a difficult root canal, and am also under treatment for adult braces. I feel that Dr. Yanez and his team went above and beyond to help me get through that root canal. I am happy that finally found a dental office that I feel comfortable and safe at. One more thing, Dr Yanez, Rosa and his team are always suited up in layers of protective gear to protect patients against Covid. That is why I am planning to come here for as long as possible. Thank you !

I love how immature Rosa is by thinking these reviews are from fake accounts, why don't you try clicking on the profiles Rosa? But I see your fake, team chicken, etc. reviews with only one review total, and it just so happens to be your office! How convenient!! The reviews are from the friends who I informed of your office. Who obviously will never use your services. Reviews of any kind are allowed that's why it's a feature my friend. They're letting other people know to go somewhere else. Your unprofessional, incapable of acting like an adult and accepting responsibility for how you guys acted. It's over, it is what it is. At this point, you're embarrassing yourself as a human being in general. You need to learn what accountability means. Actions have consequences, and the horrible ratings are from word of mouth, I didn't recommend this, and they followed up. Get over it. I left my review to let the public know. Grow up.

The office itself is really nice as well. The waiting room is nicely decorated, and they even have a keurig coffee maker available. It really feels much more at home than a dentists office, which is great. As for the actual dental work, I could not be happier. This is the first dental cleaning I've had that didn't hurt at all. They're thorough and take time to explain everything to you. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone in need of a dentist.

I understand she was 7 at the time and probably very overstimulating but I didn't feel it was appropriate to call her a baby and tell her she wouldn't allow her back if she didn't stop crying, it definitely made her anxiety worse. One thing that does really annoy me though is the scheduling. It's pretty irritating to make appointments available for 9am and no one shows up to even open the office until ten minutes before opening. Then my 9am appointment becomes 9:30. Wondering why they allow appointments to be scheduled at opening knowing patients won't be seen at that time. Overall, the care is decent, the facility is clean and my daughter enjoys most of the staff.
