It was alright. My…read moretruck was dirty from highway driving and dusty from sitting at a campground. I decided to try My Car Wash. I took their top wash ($14). The attendant sprayed the front of the truck pretty well as well as the driver front tire. The wash pulled me through it pretty quickly. Once out, I turned and stopped in their lot to adjust my mirrors and do a walk around. The truck was pretty shiny and still pretty wet, so it was t easy to tell how good the wash was. I drove a mile down Broadway to get gas. While fueling, I did another walk around. The truck had dried from the short drive. I noticed my tires were still really dirty, as were my rims and the top of my back bumper. The driver front tire that the attendant had sprayed prior to washing was pretty good. I feel it would have been best for the attendant to pretreat all 4 sides and wheels/tires to assure a great outcome.

Had the worst experience ever there. After having the car we were told it would take 2 1/2 hours to…read morebe completed. Returning 2 hours later, we were told they needed a new part because it was cracked but should be done shortly. 90 minutes later, I checked on the car and there was NO part. When I questioned them, they didn't take responsibility for not telling us they didn't have the part yet. Who tells you it would be done shortly only to wait 2 hours before it's finished?

He, whose name I've forgotten-sorry!!- arrived quickly, was friendly, fast with the spare and helpful in trying to assess my tire. After suggesting a closer Walmart could repair it easily I asked if they would if I so choose. He said yes. The next evening Walmart had a 2 hr wait & I preferred to give Bill's my money anyhow so I drove an easy 4-5 min out of our way to them. I am so glad I did!
