Being disabled & on limited income we needed someone to inspect the Jeep to know if it was safe to drive. Honesty is critical for vehicles when you are traveling on highways with your loved ones. We bought 5 vehicles during my marriage at 1 dealership where we experienced being lied to learning that dealership was telling us our jeep needed a new part that a second opinion told us that was not true. My neighbor told us of their mechanic being honest & not overcharging shared people were driving from other States to have him work on their vehicle. We learned their mechanic quit working for this same dealership but he was at their Madison Dealership shared with us he ethically & morally quit because this dealership owner was charging customers for repairs they did not need to keep money coming in to pay his payroll expenses validated our experience at this owner's second site scared us. He retired that we were looking for a new mechanic that Eagan's Automotive provided us with EXCELLENT SERVICE & were HONEST..... which we read on-line I am giving them my review as the REPAIRMAN you need to go for repairs. They are very busy as a result. BRAVO EAGAN AUTOMOTIVE CREW for being HONEST REPAIRMEN as vehicles must be SAFE on highways with our family member's SAFETY being your #1 priority.

As a former tow truck operator (and to be clear, not with Jim's) I don't think anyone is as more critical about customer service and professionalism when it comes to my vehicle and the services provided. Al was my tow operator and I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied with the service that he and Jim's Tire and Automotive provided. A very clean and new truck (roll back/flatbed), a very clean and well groomed operator, and very quick service. These guys are the best bar none and set the standard high for other services. Thank you Jim and Al for not only getting me home but also doing so in a professional, safe, and timely manner. Your guys are the best!!
