It's at the intersection of Highway 53 and Highway 12 so it's very busy at times. It's well staffed it's clean the bathrooms are nice. They have the new "set your pressure" air compressor that works great, which takes the guesswork out of filling up your tires and you're not to keep stopping and checking with the tire pressure gauge. Other than that they have the usual things that you expect at Kwiktrip fresh coffee no charge ATM, etc.

The retail shop is small but is packed with a diverse array of options. Eau Galle produces a lot of their own cheeses, especially ones in Italian styles, but the shop also hosts many cheese from across Wisconsin and abroad. Most tend to be firmer cheeses like cheddars and goudas, with few soft rinds and young blues. There is also cheese-themed home decor and apparel, and lots of accompaniments for cheese like jams, pickled vegetables, honeys, and many sausages. This is a perfect place to put together a gift basket for someone who enjoys good food! Oh, and there is alcohol, too, requisite New Glarus packs, local ciders, and wines. Fudges and candies offer temptation right at the checkout. The cashier was friendly and helpful. This is definitely a place that I hope to return to soon!

A variety of meats also - most of them frozen, but if you want to try one of those "interesting" recipes, this is the place to shop for the ingredients.
