First…read morethere was this cashier named Carrie just starring out of the window when another customer and I walked in. She never turned around to acknowledge us the whole time I was shopping like 3 minutes for me. I was waiting at the counter for like 7-13 seconds I didn't want to speak because of COVID so I just put the gum down on the counter louder than I usually would so she would acknowledge me and serve me she was still looking out the window for some reason o one was out there . Then when she did finally turn around she started barking orders at me and the other customer. At this point I was upset so I said a few choice words which was wrong of me and I left . She told me to never come back to the store. Long story short I live in this neighborhood and I shop at this SA often not trying to get anyone fired but she might need to be retrained and professional and know that when customers come in the store she should greet them with a smile. Every time I come in there she acts the same way always looking out the window for some reason and I witnessed her act towards other customers the same way not just me.Thank you have a wonderful day.

I order from them at least once a week, or on days like today I went in there for wraps and ended up ordering the onion rings. In 5 minutes they serve you with fresh, crispy onion rings and a super low price(2.49 b4tax) all of the food is amazing. Fast, lots of options and cheap!! Customer service is a rarity these days, but they have restored some of my faith that there are still great people in the world that can truly provide such great customer service! Then I had a hiccup few days after service and called him for solution...once again went out if his way to make sure any of my concerns were answered, plus he remembered me! Just stopped in on our way up north to pick up…read moresome beer, we pulled up with a truck and an ice castle, and at first we weren't even sure if they open because there weren't any cars in the parking lot and it was dark. But I did see the open sign so I hopped out of the truck to run in a grab a case of beer quick. As soon as I walked in, the cashier (didn't catch his name but he was extremely obese) said what do you what? I need you to get out of here as soon as possible because you're blocking all my spots. I asked if could tell me where the shock top was, he said we don't have any. I said are you sure because I've bought it here before. He didn't even bother to look for it. Then I had trouble getting out a case of blue moon, he didn't bother to help. At checkout I said jokingly we may be taking up all your spots but at least we're making you look open. He said maybe you shouldn't be getting pissy with me lady. I said um... I'm not getting pissy with you I'm letting you know that it doesn't look like you're open. He said well it's 8:30 and the lights are on. I said they may be but it was still hard to tell until we pulled up to the front door and saw the open sign. I'm from Lake Minnetonka where there liquor stores close at 8 right now due to covid, so it was reasonable to question if a liquor store with no cars and a dark parking lot was open or not. When I walked out, I had to make two trips because he wasn't willing to help out. So I let him know that I'd be blocking his spots a little longer. However, another customer pulled up, was able to park in a spot right in front of the store. So looks like, we weren't blocking all his spots and they probably stopped there knowing they were open since our truck was in the lot. This very rude, very obese, and clearly very angry person shouldn't be working in retail. He was offensive and unprofessional. I make trips up north often because my parents live up there, and I stop here all the time on my way up. As long as this man works here, I will never stop in again. I wonder how many other customers he's turning away from this store by being that rude? I know none of my friends & family who all have cabins up north won't be stopping there anymore.
