If I could leave zero stars I would. Just drove up, as it is a drive thru quick oil change place. Not sure which lane to go into I waited for an employee to direct me. Saw three employees including on who walked by my car and still no one motioned me in, asked me to wait, or told me to park and come in. Drove away. 0/10 recommend. read more

quoted a price, called and doubled the price. We asked them to put our car back together so we could take it somewhere else. They informed us they could put it back together but now it would be unsafe to drive. The car was perfectly safe to drive before we took it to them for a state inspection. A few months prior, we took another car for an inspection and they claimed that it needed major repairs. At the time we didn't think much of it we allowed them to repair it and went on with our lives. It's strange that two well maintain vehicles would have major issues before they could receive a state inspection. read more

After 13 hours of driving through 60-mph dust storms from Las Cruces, New Mexico to Joplin, Missouri, the "check engine" warning LED suddenly illuminated on my Hyundai Palisade's instrument panel before the engine began running less than smoothly. A diagnostic test off an interstate highway NAPA store indicated a misfiring cylinder. The technician there pointed me to the nearby Kwik Kar garage where manager Billy had a service bay waiting for my arrival. I was traveling with my wife, our two dogs, and a cat. The best part? Billy's garage has a semi-private waiting room with a couch and plenty of room for the pets to move around freely. While we waited, his mechanics cleared the engine compartment of dust, dirt, and sand, changed the oil, replaced both air filters, and then carefully installed a new set of spark plugs to get us back on the road for the remaining 400 miles of our trip. Predatory practices, I have had two experiences with this location; the first time I chalked it up to a misunderstanding. 1st visit they stated that the rear differential fluid in my jeep needed to be replaced, however it was done less than 6,000 miles previously....at their shop. 2nd visit they told me that I had a valve cover leak and I needed to have transmission fluid changed and transfer case fluid changed. The valve cover was replaced as I had an injector changed by Ford less than a month ago, when I asked them to show me the leak they were unable to show it to me. I then asked them to write it up so I could take it to Ford and they started back peddling. The differential fluid they tried to pass off as dirty wasn't even from my truck as I use purple passion gear oil (which is purple in color) and what they showed me was some conventional fluid. They have decent prices for oil change and they are usually really quick. Don't let them upsell you on their predatory practices and avoid any additional work. read more

I went on for an oil check because my car sounded differen. they not only solved the issue but showed me what caused it but what they did to solve it. gave me some tiles to keep my car running in top condition and answered all my questions with a outstanding am of patience,understanding and respec. I'm not sure all locations hold the level of service that rob and the others do in at Robert's,for me it was easy giving them a 5 out of 5. read more

Billy, the "manager" is the most pretentious and unprofessional individual I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. They quoted me one price, charged me another. They NEVER communicated there would be a price change (of more than a third of the original quote) and literally laughed when I contested it. He proceeded to tell me "I should know how many quarts my truck takes" (i JUST bought it) and when I looked it up it takes 1.4 quarts more, not the three he said. Add insult to injury they supposedly do all these other checks, yet my tires were not the same pressure, no windows were cleaned, no fluid levels topped off and the 15 min they said wound up being over an hour and a half. Basically they lie to you, do work without telling you it will be more, try to suck you into other services, then they lie about the work they "did". I asked for someone over him, he said there was no one. I asked for the owners info, he refused....while looking smug and being pretentious. ABSOLUTELY the worst experience with my truck. read more

They do a good oil change job. Prices are high. They put a new battery in my car for $90 and the car didn't work. They still charged me $90 . They could've taken it out to sale once it didn't start. I felt that wasn't fair at all and I've been a customer there for a year. read more

I had my oil changed in Oklahoma at Walmart and as I drove towards St. Louis I heard a chattering in my engine as my oil light went on. I pulled into the nearest place I could find which was Kwik Kar. I told them and they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me figure out the issue, document it for insurance, even calling the manager of the other oil place and explaining everything without me even having decided to have the problem fixed at Kwik Kar! I decided to have them fix the situation and they were incredibly detailed and professional. They documented everything they found that was in indicator of how the other oil place messed up and gave me all the documentation I needed. They treated me incredibly well... beyond anything I could have expected and gave me the highest level of support I could imagine... when it was all said and done i was simply charged for a regular oil change... no other automatic add ons to cover their time. I recommend the team here fully... they are top notch! read more

I just recently went here for an oil change and they took me right into the shop. The gentlemen working were extremely nice and took the time to explain to me the work that they were going to be doing on my vehicle. I'm assuming it was the owner who took the time to check out why my vehicle squeaked when I'd be in reverse. He gave me a quote and gave me the best advice he could. I will definitely be going back to them in the future for any work that needs to be done on my vehicle. read more

DO not I repeat DO NOT use this shop/location. I came in asked for a mobile 1 full synthetic oil change, instead I get charged for a mobile 1 oil change but get bulk oil... I was sitting the the vehicle while the bay guy was pumping it in. when I asked why I was charged for a bottled oil when I got bulk, the cashier told me that synthetics come in bulk as well. I requested a specific oil and your a Pennzoil shop and I am to believe that you have Mobile 1 in bulk? give me a break. read more

They are too expensive! They checked my car for a leak, which took them two hours. It cost $75/hr... $150 for doing nothing to my car. Ridiculous. I will never go there again and will tell no one to go there either. read more

***Beware of shady practice*** I will not be back, after coming to this location to get an oil change they started telling there were different services that I needed. I agreed and was happy and felt they were doing right because they are showing me the different fluids. I don't mind paying for services that need to be completed but when you quote me one price and then come back and tell me oh wait it's going to be $30 more now because you have a "tow package" wait wait wait.... I bought my vehicle brand new and I didn't buy with a tow package and the sales slip is still in the glove box... now I'm upset and feel you are trying to up charge me because I've already agreed to a couple other services. Not me, I'll take my business to another store. They are very expensive cost me over $40 to get an oil change. Also they broke the dipstick in order to check my oil, and tried to make me pay for it. They are individually own so you can not call anybody to complain. Poor customer service. read more

They're deceitful. Maybe not all of them, but one bad apple spoils the bunch. I had my differential fluid changed 2 months prior to stopping in for an oil change. The guy brings out a tray with fluid samples from my truck, telling me that my differential fluid needed to be changed cuz it was overdue and filthy. I declined, and a month later took my truck to the dealership for non related services and asked them to check the fluid, only to be told that it was "clean as a whistle". I'll NEVER take my vehicle there again. read more
