The Garage has poor customer service, i was overcharged (Benefit of Hindsight), My Car is still…read moremaking funny noises which should have bee resolved. I tried to pay by card prior to repair but i was told the card machine was not working and would be working when i returned. I was told to pick up my car @ 4pm, i had to call several times after 4pm to check when i could come and collect my car. When i went to collect my car, their card machine was still not working and i was asked to make a bank transfer instead. I reluctantly transferred the money which a Mr Henry wouldn't see when he checked, i resent the money and he got paid twice. I checked and immediately requested a refund. Mr Henry accused me of fraud and refused to return my money until the next day. I waited 24 hours and wasn't contacted by Mr Henry, when i called he tried to fob me off. I had to threaten him with police and lawyers before he reluctantly refunded my money. This organisation lack a lot of things, most importantly customer service, use at your own risk.

My oil filter was black (in a petrol car) they didn't even change the oil. This is utterly unacceptable to charge for something as basic as a service and then steal your parts too. Please do not use them.
