I had not been here before, but I saw the reviews were good so I figured I would give it a shot. I explained to Chong that I loved long hair, but it clearly needed help. She did a wonderful job explaining what she was going to do before she did it. She managed to use a collection of things on my hair to get it back to feeling soft and healthy without taking too much length off. Just like I wanted.
