Long time Zips customer, been going to the one in Everett more often because I moved further north. Pulled up to Zips Sodo and as usual the parking lot is packed. A Nissan Altima with two young, very immature, very disrespectful women were double parked, the parking lot is very tight and there was a big orange truck in the next spot over, I parked but was very close to the truck so I asked them to repark their car a little better, I was verbally assaulted so I clapped back about their beat up 2002 Altima and how the behavior definitely matched the car. I called Zips and asked them to send out security to tell them to park better as they are now literally disrupting Zips business. They said security was not in. Around this time one of the women said she was going to get me banned from Zips lol, I thought that would be odd as I'm pulling up to spend money at the establishment and you're preventing that so the owner of this company would probably disagree with these two misguided women. Here is the crazy part, she actually ran into Zips and tried to get me banned, as I walked in she was talking to a bud tender, probably a friend, I walked in and loudly yelled, "I need a manager". Spoke with the manager but I already had a horrific taste in my mouth and ended up going to GREENER TODAY:SOUTH SEATTLE, much more mellow vibe. I'll never go to ANY Zips again, even the Everett location. The women were clearly affiliated with Zips, one of them proudly stated she used to work there smh. I'm a marijuana stores retail customer dream, I spend $40-$60 every two days on disposable vapes for over 7 years, I did the math, I've spent over $40K on weed in the last 7-8 years so yeah, when I pull up to a business I expect respect. If this was Starbucks OR ANY NORMAL LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, they would've called the cops on these women for disrupting business. Avoid Zips, it's in a bad neighborhood with high crime anyway. read more

Came in looking for a wax globe pen. Since they recently raised all their prices. I thought wax would save some money. I was told by the budtender to buy a "Seahorse". It is nothing like a wax globe pen. It was clogged and would not pull anything. I painfully wasted a gram of wax up in the air because I could never pull the smoke through it just went up in the air. I was told I had one year a one year return policy. When I tried to return. The manager Tina said she could only replace it. Why would I want to waste another gram of wax trying get a hit off faulty product? I have been a customer here since it was Diego Pell and have spent thousands of dollars here. Why would you lie about return policy. Can the manager who called me last time I left a review call me. The Seahorse is nothing like a wax pen and I need a refund not another exchange. Where is the customer service for long term loyal customers?????????? read more

Let me tell you, OMG this is the most amazing dispensary I've ever been to. It's beautiful all the way from the outside all the way in. When you walk in you feel so welcomed by the warm, friendly very knowledgeable staff and the elegant design of this place. It feels like you just entered a palace. They have a wide variety of top shelf products and the prices are great! Whether you have a little or a lot to spend you will definitely find it here. I've been coming here since they opened and won't be going anywhere else! DIEGO PELLICER is the place to go! read more

One of the most professional and courteous marijuana experts was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They had a beautiful variety of edibles, joints, vaporizers, glass, wax/shatter, hash, and much much more. I cannot emphasize how impressed I was with the ambiance of this store. Diego's is clearly a leader in the industry, and I was very impressed with their competitive prices. Not to mention, they also carry Cannagars which are unique and exquisite. Thank you Diego Pellicer!! read more

I love going to this shop. It has a relaxed vibe, and you can shop with no pressure to hurry up and buy. They have a great selection, with a wide price range. The staff are friendly and very helpful with making selections. Harley has made some great suggestions on complementary products to flowers. I have been to other shops, but keep returning to Diego's because... 1.The experience 2.The selection and quality of product 3.Pricing read more

Always rude incompetent customer service like I received on Valentines day evening from the short female Asian pudgy face worker. Workers dont know anything about the products they are selling and they never stay with the company more than a week before quitting. Workers are more interested in conversing with one another than keeping the line moving during their busiest hours. Better job training is needed. read more

The top shelf products always "disappear" from the back - staff hoards all the best product. Item will be on the menu, yet unavailable for purchase. You can even order it, they'll message saying its ready, you get there and they'll tell you they don't have it. I'd say go elsewhere, but you cant, as this company has purchased almost every other store in town!! so... yay for legal weed... zero stars! read more

Spectacular! ...and I'm not referring to the the architecture. I stumbled upon this new store on the way out of the Seahawk game last weekend. Their selection is top notch and very well priced. Definity worth a trip - perfect place to take out of town guests. Lucky you - if you live in the SODO neighborhood. T. Stewart, Mercer Island read more

Store is beautiful, but let's focus on the prices. Bought me an ounce for $99 and it was perfectly trimmed and not like the garbage out there. You can tell these guys want quality and not break the bank. I was expecting to pay a lot more by the looks of the store, but they kept it civil. Will come back.... read more
