I called this establishment 7 times to ask for assistance with my order and my call was cancelled 5 times and I was hung up on twice. This is a joke. I've been a walk in and the last 2 times I was checked out the one specific cashier kept my change twice when I didn't tell her it was a tip- the jar is in front of me. You can give me my change back. I was trying to make an online order but the website cannot authorize my email address or allow me to save my info to be able to check out. I don't need this bullshit. stopped here in seattle while on a walk to pikes. I was appauled at the group of losers just hanging around in front asking for "reparations." I know they can't fully control what goes on outside of their store, but I'd honestly go elsewhere just to avoid those losers next time. There was a group of about 8, just partying there in front of this store. They had a speaker with music and were definitely getting lit by 11am..... Clean and spacious shop. ID check at the door. Street parking. Cash only. Helpful staff. Good deals. Some how legal Marijuana came up in conversation during dinner and a quick check on Yelp lead us here. I was blown away at the fact that my friend was even aware of it let alone partakes! Way back before the days of being "mom" for me, I've always been a wild child and she was always the goody two shoes... we've come a long way. She has her usual spot closer to home with her usual pick ups. Although it wasn't available here, the employee was able to find something comparable for now. I asked about single gummies at first, which they do not carry. He suggested either a resealable drink or low 5 MG - 10 pack. I was worried about not being able to finish everything and having to waste since we were early on in our travels still. I settled for the gummies but honestly should've gotten the drink too. Being a tourist in a hotel sadly we weren't able to purchase any flower to sample *tear*. I didn't do any research on laws, do's/dont's of smoking around the state and I wouldn't want to be randomly smoking anywhere other than a private setting anyways. His name is Vee aka Rumple Stiltskin. The name he gave me because he thought he was insulting my intelligence, but guess what Vee, I got your name!!! Vee is in the wrong place of business and should NOT be doing customer service work. He is rude and disrespectful and he needs to go! He was disrespectful to my friend and I. Then after us another person walks out and says that he was rude to them. I have never been talked to in the way Vee spoke to me and had the audacity to be yelling at us. This clearly is not his first time and I could tell the staff don't like his a$$ either. Just because of him and the terrible service I will never come back or suggest this place to anyone! We did get great assistance from Drew (Andrew) I appreciate his help despite the mess we had to deal with. My dad and I were walking around the Belltown neighborhood and we decided to check out Have A Heart, a dispensary. Security was guarding the entrance where he checked our IDs. Inside, they have tablets where you can browse through their full inventory. They had lots and lots of stuff to choose from, it was a little difficult to choose what we wanted, but we settled on some blue raspberry edibles, which were individually packed. I've always wanted to try the cannabis soda, but we stuck with the edibles for now. The service and the security outside were friendly and efficient. We probably won't be able to take these edibles back with us because we're visiting from out of state (traveled by plane), but the fact that they had so many products makes us want to visit more dispensaries here in town while we're still here! read more

I love the experience here and it starts with the security in the front. Years ago when MJ wasn't as legal, the most friendly security in the front welcomed me during 420 (April 20) and I bought pre-rolls for only $5! Years later, their prices are still the lowest in the country. Many top-shelf pre-rolls are $12. My favorite pre-roll is Jack Herrera wrapped in Rose Petals. Prices in Chicago/ California are double the prices here. Only Colorado comes in second for the best prices. They have a parking-lot next to the shop and within 15 minutes you can be back in your car ready for the next adventure. A friend of mine from Seattle recommended this place and it was only 1/2 mile from our hotel in the downtown area. I would highly recommend this place for pros or beginners. I like to indulge in recreational activities every now and then. So, we went there before going out and they have everything very organized so it is easy to find what you want if you know what it is but if you don't just ask because they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed something for back pain that wasn't high in THC and the girl that helped me led me right to it. Ask in private. It's also inexpensive too. I recommend sampling some things but this place was just so organized and everyone that works here was so nice. Everyone from the guy or girl checking ID's until you check out. Ask them how to place online order and they will help you. This is the fastest way if there's a long line. If you know what you want then you can just go do it. First time, I asked and a guy did it for me. Otherwise, if you don't know and someone asks "may I help you?" (They will). Just say "yes" and take it. It's worth it. Consistently understaffed and impossible to have a reasonably quick retail experience. At most there's one guy on the floor trying to handle 20 people via their awful manual paper process and then it all repeats when you finally get to the counter. Today marks the third time that I've just flat walked out because it was looking like 45 minutes for something simple. Additionally they let online orders interrupt everyone else so enjoy that when our finally get to the front of the line only to be put on hold again. Update 1/4/2020: it's still just as bad. The online order queue is 15 deep. What's the point? Get some more staff. Swearing this place off for another couple years. read more

I have visited several local dispensaries and have my favorites, but I can't necessarily say this is one of my favorite. First of all, it was extremely crowded in the store and I could find no floor sales people to help me. I finally had to ASK someone to help me after forever. The store was very disorganized. Mind you, they have a lot in stock and a lot of products and pretty much everything you can imagine. However, it can be hard to find. Their process of "grab a ticket" and line up doesn't work really well. I haven't been to any other dispensary that works that way. I also didn't find the pricing as competitive either compared to other local dispensaries. The staff was rude and not very polite. I am giving three stars for the excellent selection of edibles and the very cool salesperson that finally helped me find what I need. Once landing in Seattle I made 2 stops before checking in, dispensary and the grocery store for the obvious reasons Have a Heart - Belltown came up as the closet dispensary to me so we took a Lyft. Once we got there the bouncers noticed we had a car waiting and was kind enough to allow me to skip the line and order from the little machine thingy. That was cool! So far I've never been to a dispensary like that. From those visiting from out of town, in Washington state, the bud tenders are not allowed to open the container for you to smell it. You just have to know what strain or farmers you like. Nice! I know I like cookie strains of bud so I asked for anything similar to Wedding Cake or Mint Cookies in flavor, taste and cost. I was presented with Sorbetto. It was pure heaven! I've added it to my list of favorite strains. Thank you kind Bud Tender for your patience and suggestion. The second cannabis dispensary I visited while on my trip to the west coast. The staff here are super helpful and friendly. Unlike the dispensary in Oregon where they are required to enter your information into their system to track your purchases, this Seattle location only checks your ID like they do at bars. They have a much greater selection of quality edibles in so many flavors and compositions. We were given a nice neighborhood discount during checkout. Great price and clean facility. I only picked up a few pre-rolls to smoke since I was just visiting town and didn't have anything with me to smoke flower or concentrates, I also was limited on cash since I wasn't expecting to stop at a dispensary (I forgot my vape at home which I was planning to use for the two days I was in town) and I hate the ATM charges to pull out cash. This is now my all-time favorite dispensary. It is a must stop for anyone into cannabis and visiting Seattle. This place has heart. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you are immersed with a friendly atmosphere of knowledgeable workers and enthusiastic customers. No one here looks like the typical stoner you'd see at Taco Bell at midnight. The Smokey Points infused pre-rolls are a must. We started with the Emerald Jack as recommended by one of the workers and that hit hard. Perfect for a little sesh before the aquarium (City Pass holders, you definitely need to be high for that). We ended up coming back here 6 times within our 4-day Seattle trip and got to try all the other Smokey Point pre-rolls. The Emerald Jack was still my favorite.
