I called to see if they could fix them, and that's when the problems started. They made me bring the car in, kept it for a week, called me back, and said they didn't have the part. I had to take it back, and when they told me they had the part, they kept it for another week. In the end, they only fixed the smallest problem. They told me the person in charge (a guy named Ricardo) didn't approve the repair. When I tried to talk to him, he never showed up... he didn't even answer the phone. Please, people, be careful with this dealership. Thank God I have all the messages saved, and I plan to take legal action because I don't want other innocent people to be scammed like my wife was.

At no point was I given or asked to sign any purchase agreement, and I was never informed--verbally or in writing--that the deposit would be non-refundable. When I later informed them I could not proceed with the purchase, they refused to return my money and then claimed they have a "non-refundable deposit policy," which was never disclosed to me beforehand. There was no signed contract, no buyer's order, and the sale was never completed or finalized. Due to this situation, I am now pursuing recovery of my funds through formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General's Office and the Department of Transportation, as well as exploring legal action. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to: - Never send money through Zelle - Request a written contract before making any payment - Verify all terms in writing, especially refund policies Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. This happened two more times while also paying them to do an oil change on the car (I was told the oil was just changed when I purchased the vehicle) until I got a call yesterday saying he had bad news and that the coolant issue damaged the engine and it needs replaced. He told me to take it to carmax less than a mile away and trade the car in. He said I should get 28-30k (7k loss).... Carmax only offered 24k. I lost 14k on this car in two months not including the Ubers and invoices incurred because of the constant issues with the Lemon car I was sold.
