They have been talking my mother out of making her own decisions and when my mom says no about something they go and do it anyways! They forget they work for you, you don't work for them! They try to reason "oh use this bank that we use," or this local insurance company or use this real estate agent as if I'm not aware they're getting a commission or washing someone's hand who will wash theirs back in return instead of you being to make your own choices. It's completely unethical! They overstep their role in their case and act as if they are also an agent or judge. You were hired for one thing work on that and leave the rest of the decisions to people who specialize in that practice.
