I also had a stent in for over 5 months!!! She would not have done that to a man - because you cannot have sex with a stent!!! WOW, I can't imagine how you left Dr. McGaughey's office with those outrageous thoughts and ideas!…read more I met her at the hospital when I was suffering much of those same symtoms and she took great care of me! She explained everything thouroughly and compassionately and then followed through with a plan that we decided on together. My surgery and recovery went smoothly and I could not be happier! My family sings her praises as well as the folks I met in the waiting room at her office where I went for my follow up care. I checked on line and I could not find any complaints against Dr. McGaughey. Her reputation and character was everything I expected and then some. I whole heartedly would and do recommend Dr. Mcgaughey to anyone who needs to see a board certified urologist or surgeon.

Is it quick Yes... usually spend about 5 mins but they use the table and that is all it takes. Much more I would not be able to walk out. They have massage tables you can use at no extra fee. They are so accommodating, Dr. Amanda even came in early to make sure I made it to work in time. I can't say enough good about this office. The assistants are very organized and on top of what is going on. I go monthly now for wellness adjustments but when I had problems I went more often. This is the best chiropractic office I have ever gone to. Kudos to them! I have seen Dr. James and Dr. Makayla who are great too. Dr. Jen was a great loss leaving them as she was excellent, also.

The nurse said that they needed to send a sample to a lab to save me money on the prescription. I stupidly agreed, assuming that they were looking out for my best interest. Then, I get a bill from the lab for $340. In addition, I owe their office another $80. When I went back in, to have my lab results read, the doctor tells me the prescription is only $10. So, basically the nurse lied, so that I would incur a substantial lab bill (that I didn't need b/c the prescription was for the exact medication I came in for). Now, of course they are telling me there is nothing they can do about the lab bill, but that she will speak to the doctor. The service was less than impressive, and it will cost you an arm and a leg. Go anywhere else, not here!!! Update - We are now days later. They did not call me back, I had to call them and their manager is Teresa Foster and she told me that b/c of my bad review they will not assist with my bill. She then hung up on me

And don't try to weasel info about your diagnosis from them - they are too professional to answer, extremely nice, but very professional. From the moment I walked in, ARIEL was all smiles greeting people and helping me figure out what was next. Then LISA walked me to where I needed to have lab work done. ALLY was next, and with her great sense of humor, took my vitals. And if you aren't a Chiefs fan, beware!! As a dedicated family, they all are!!! Then TASHA went over my info before DR. TUNGESVIK came in. I was surprised, too, at the consideration and amazing knowledge someone so young as Dr T already had. All of their constant concern and support is like an anti-cancer and anti-nervousness drug! Thank you to JESSICA AND MARIAN, too, for keeping me calm during my procedure. And JORDAN, I didn't forget you - thank you for getting my next appointment so early! I won't say I'm well versed in cancer, but I did work in cancer statistics for a few years; went through my besties cancer journey at University and Siteman (she didn't survive); watched my parents go through two cancers each; and almost everyone on both sides of my family had cancer before 60. So I can honestly say I know that whatever comes down in the form of a negative diagnosis, I'll beat it because of this team. When you walk the clean, bright halls, you are surrounded by colorful, positive and empathetic pictures making you feel superhuman, or a cancer conqueror, too. While I was waiting (extremely nervous) an older man sitting next to me told me it would be all right. I was so touched that he took the time to notice how scared I was and to talk to me. A snack lady came by to see if we needed anything. All the patients were kind to each other. Can't say that at too many places:) You would think you'd feel like an assembly line but nope. The sense of humor, the reality of it all about life's craziness, the TIME THEY TAKE TO CARE made me feel so comfortable and not nervous anymore!! I really wish my bestie had MO Cancer Associates on her side when she was diagnosed. I'm sure she'd still be here....
