Have been very displeased with the quality of service. I came prepared for an appointment that took…read moremonths to schedule out but upon arrival, I was told my insurance would not cover the appointment due to an error with the office and their records. I received plenty of phone calls prior to my appointment regarding my insurance and how much I would need to pay, but I was neglected to be told that my provider had not "authorized" the visit, meaning my health insurance would not apply. Extremely disappointed with this office and their quality of care. I would be caution of this place. I am disappointed to say the very least.

When requesting a follow-up appointment, that ends with being scheduled 6 weeks out, I'm notified…read moreweek before appointment that Dr. Williams is scheduled to be somewhere else (receptionist giggles "yeah") and appointment needs to be rescheduled. So after scheduling my life to accommodate 1st appointment, I now have to reschedule to accommodate a physician's schedule that should have already been on the books. When attempting to reach a front line person, the robot machine states "office perfers you text them", however press 1 if you need to talk to a person. I press 1 only for Noone to answer (busy I'll call later) did this 3 times between 8-noon. Decided to text. Get a call 3 hours later, that states they Only received the one text canceling appointment not the ones asking for directions, and the like. So, Dr Williams and staff, he's been down my throat and up my ass, so yes I would/deserve a bit more respect than "don't call us, we'll call you" approach. Shame that we pay high premiums, only to be treated like cattle. Run'em in - run'em out. I don't believe that's what the Hippocratic Oath intended
