He withdrew as my attorney after I told him Ididn't have anymore money. I gave him over $10,000 in a years period. I found that Madorsky double billed me, charged me for time NOT on the docket. And Instead of working with me, Madorsky SUED ME for that non-payment. I counter sued and the judge that handled the case found that Madorsky, indeed, double billed me, charge me for time not on the docket and Madorsky owed me the difference. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this attorney. He did nothing to help but only prolonged my case and then sue me for MORE money. He will double bill you for hours.Charge you for time that's NOT on the docket. Don't ever give him cash because he will deny it. Don't give him Money Orders because he'll tell you to prove that he cashed them. He will prolong your case until you run thin on money and then he'll tell you to find another attorney. He will turn around and sue you for more money! He is a scammer NOT an attorney.

I call back and was rudely told that the lawyer in charge is busy and would not be able to handle the case until the end of the month. Receptionist then offers to give me the number of the Cleveland bar association to get a referral for another lawyer. I have an urgent matter and they completely ignored MY time. Truly unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

He immediately met me, got the entire Court File, absorbed the case and within a week knew the case completely, far better than the lawyer that was on the case for over 2 years. He worked diligently over the next several months and was able to get my case resolved, short of a trial (when it looked like for sure we were headed for a trial). In short, it was simply outstanding work. In addition, he communicated immediately with me about any questions or issues I had, which put me at ease during this rather stressful Time. I could not recommend him more for a divorce or other legal matter he handles.

I was very happy with my experience at this law firm. I used Bob Biales but other attorneys worked…read moreon my case and everyone there (including the staff) was extremely professional, well prepared and compassionate to what was the most traumatic experience of my life. The other side was difficult and fought hard but Mr. Biales, quite frankly, ran circles around them. His trial ability and willingness to fight like a junkyard dog paid very handsomely and he got a result beyond my highest expectation. I do not normally write reviews but I was so happy with the result and the way I was treated by this law firm that I wanted to speak up so that someone else who is in trouble might at least know that there are attorneys out there who are honest and committed to their clients cause and not just all about the money. If you need an excellent attorney and don't know where to turn give them a try. I was definitely happy that I did.

I truly regret ever considering Thomarios to handle my situation. In 2023, I clearly explained to…read morehim everything about my situation and I thought he cared since he took on my situation and paid a retaining fee. Whenever I would call Thomarios to update him on my situation to help myself over false allegations, he was always heading to court and returned my calls late nights or in a day or so later. Then when Thomarios returned my calls there was always an excuse given for his delayed response. Just to avoid all the negative things I could say for his little time rendered for me in order to help me out of my situation, He only met with me THREE times during my situation and that was for the initial meeting to retain him, the second time he claimed to prep me for the hearing at Summit County Children Services, and the THIRD time was the day of the hearing!!!! I literally feel like I was completely dooped by this individual because he should have informed me that he was not legally equipped, or knowledgeable about my situation to handle because he certainly did not represent me, or for me as well. He sat at this hearing I dare say and watched me make a complete fool of myself trying to represent myself in front of a CPS Attorney and a CPS Client's Rights Officer. Needless to say, he was 100% No help for me at all!!! If Thomarios' conscious allows him to live with himself after charging me the amount he charged and did little of anything for me, it is a sad day and time that people can be like this. If I were to post the summary of all he stated he done for my situation that he sent me via email......I will end and just say this, he got my money for free!!!
