He withdrew as my attorney after I told him Ididn't have anymore money. I gave him over $10,000 in a years period. I found that Madorsky double billed me, charged me for time NOT on the docket. And Instead of working with me, Madorsky SUED ME for that non-payment. I counter sued and the judge that handled the case found that Madorsky, indeed, double billed me, charge me for time not on the docket and Madorsky owed me the difference. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this attorney. He did nothing to help but only prolonged my case and then sue me for MORE money. He will double bill you for hours.Charge you for time that's NOT on the docket. Don't ever give him cash because he will deny it. Don't give him Money Orders because he'll tell you to prove that he cashed them. He will prolong your case until you run thin on money and then he'll tell you to find another attorney. He will turn around and sue you for more money! He is a scammer NOT an attorney.

She has taken care of several matters that our family needed guidance to handle. She also has an excellent staff.

We sought Ms Schraff out having heard about her expertise and reputation which were high. I made…read morethe arrangements on behalf of my elder father. Ms. Schraff, under the guise of ethical concerns, which I totally agreed with and understood, met privately with my father who is rather naive when it comes to these complicated matters of the times we live in. Rather than ASK him if he wanted to include me in their meeting, they met privately so that I could not be sure all concerns were addressed. I also was foolish and communicated with her prior to share some background of our family circumstances and my concerns...this seemed to color, imo, her attitude toward me, painting me as the potentially exploitative daughter and nothing could be further than that. During the course of things, as she prepared the routine will, and POA's etc, some questions came up that I sent to her via email. While she did provide some preliminary guidelines about fees that was signed off on, I was totally shocked to see bills come through for "Read, Review and Respond" to emails I had sent. It may be acceptable, but I found it unconscionable to be of so little assistance on behalf of a client. Once I got a bill I limited all communication with her. At the end of things I felt advance planning was not well explained or discussed, and she ever so sweetly offered to further meet with u$$$$. In fact, I called to clarify that the fee to review the papers and sign them was included before we would ever step foot in her office again...some of the work was in draft form, but others could be signed with a notary which we could do at no cost at AAA. It took, as I recall THREE DAYS and multiple calls on my part to get a response to that simple question until the last when I pointed out our appointment was the next day or that afternoon and I/we were not coming unless I/we had an answer. I warned my father not to ask any questions at all, to sign only, dare we incur additional fees. And in the end because of concerns about my mother who has dementia, we wound up with another certified attorney closer to home who was OUTSTANDING. Although, from a professional/peer standpoint it was clear she didn't want to pursue and recourse, she nearly immediately in her brief review of the work that had been done found a huge error that required us to pay AGAIN to have the same work /form done. Although it was as I recall several hundred hard-earned dollars, it didn't seem worth having to deal with Ms Schraff again. Her former partner and she recently parted ways resulting in the creation of a new firm which provided us the opportunity to have the work she had done transferred to our new attorney who is wonderful.

The other side was difficult and fought hard but Mr. Biales, quite frankly, ran circles around them. I do not normally write reviews but I was so happy with the result and the way I was treated by this law firm that I wanted to speak up so that someone else who is in trouble might at least know that there are attorneys out there who are honest and committed to their clients cause and not just all about the money. Whenever I would call Thomarios to update him on my situation to help myself over false allegations, he was always heading to court and returned my calls late nights or in a day or so later. Then when Thomarios returned my calls there was always an excuse given for his delayed response. Just to avoid all the negative things I could say for his little time rendered for me in order to help me out of my situation, He only met with me THREE times during my situation and that was for the initial meeting to retain him, the second time he claimed to prep me for the hearing at Summit County Children Services, and the THIRD time was the day of the hearing!!!! I literally feel like I was completely dooped by this individual because he should have informed me that he was not legally equipped, or knowledgeable about my situation to handle because he certainly did not represent me, or for me as well. He sat at this hearing I dare say and watched me make a complete fool of myself trying to represent myself in front of a CPS Attorney and a CPS Client's Rights Officer. Needless to say, he was 100% No help for me at all!!! If Thomarios' conscious allows him to live with himself after charging me the amount he charged and did little of anything for me, it is a sad day and time that people can be like this. If I were to post the summary of all he stated he done for my situation that he sent me via email......I will end and just say this, he got my money for free!!!
