They never leave a mess and their carpenters as well as all of the subs they use (they are a GC, of course they use subs) are consummate professionals. Will you find someone to do your project for less? Maybe. However, the old adage is still true; pick two; good, fast, cheap. Brown and Glynn is definitely (very) good and fast and in my humble opinion, I would rather do it right the first time.
