It was a pleasure working with Josh. His technical expertise and attention to detail guided the project from permit drawings through the construction process. Also, his modern design sensibility helped us create a beautiful and highly functional custom kitchen layout. He created a double kitchen island layout that allows us access throughout the apartment. It was an innovative idea that we did not think of before. In addition to architectural scope Josh's wife, Jack, provided interior decorating services, helping us select the optimal furniture for our renovated space. Jack's modern style and selection of the furniture was spot on and really brought out the potential of our new home. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend their services. The husband wife duo provided a turn key solution for our apartment.

From the very beginning, she had a vision that we couldn't see, but trusted enough to follow. We were hesitant about committing to a treehouse bed--it felt like a big, slightly risky choice--but Jack gently pushed us to go for it. That decision completely transformed the room. What was once just a bedroom is now a magical, imaginative world where our daughters play, dream, and truly live. It's the heart of their childhood right now, and we have Jack to thank for that. They play for hours there and enter into a world of their own. She has an incredible eye for statement pieces. The wallpaper she helped us choose is a perfect example--this stunning blush pink with ornate, gold peacock detailing that somehow feels both whimsical and sophisticated. It's a true "moment." People comment on it the second they walk into our apartment, and Jack knew from the start that it would define the space. She was absolutely right. She also has a gift for solving design challenges in a way that feels both practical and beautiful. Our daughters' room had no closets, and we were working with a bulky IKEA wardrobe that felt purely functional. Jack reimagined it completely--adding blush-toned doors to match the wallpaper and new hardware--so that it now looks like a custom, built-in piece that could have cost thousands. It's seamless, elevated, and incredibly smart. Every choice she made felt intentional. The rug she selected pulled the entire room together in a way I had struggled to do despite looking at endless inspiration images. It's not only beautiful but also a space our daughters love to play on every day. What really sets Jack apart is her commitment to getting things just right. We had chosen a chandelier we liked, and most designers would have left it there--but Jack kept searching until she found something we truly loved. The final piece she selected is now one of my favorite lighting fixtures in our entire apartment. This room is more than just well-designed--it's joyful, imaginative, and deeply personal. Jack didn't just decorate a space; she transformed how our daughters experience their home, and for that, I'm forever grateful. Jack really cares--about her clients, about their spaces, and good enough isn't good enough. She cares about your space in the way that you do, and that is truly rare.

I didn't want to be wasteful and had a specific budget. We also had zoning challenges. Geoff was so creative with our layout and maximized the usability of our small house. He also provided us with an alternative if zoning didn't get approved. The alternative still included everything the expanded version had, so we were covered either way. When it came to zoning, he managed everything for me and had a great relationship with the town. We got everything approved and the committee thought our ideas were great. Then when it came to construction, I was so glad I had Geoff on my side. The builders thought he was super thorough. I appreciated Geoff's advice on what absolutely needed to get done and what didn't, and approximate costs, etc. I felt like he was an advocate for me, and I was so appreciative of his guidance and help throughout the whole project. He's very generous with advice and his time. We absolutely love our home. We are so grateful for our experience with Geoff and highly recommend him!

His digital visualization tools were incredibly helpful, letting us see the addition in 3D before construction began. The final design required minimal revisions because he nailed our vision from the start.
