My second appt was a cleaning also with Dr. Jessup, I was happy with that as well, they were nice and informative. And I had zero pain during the cleaning. My third appt was to get some cavities filled by Dr Jessup, I had no issues with pain before the fillings but now am in a lot of pain and it's been 4 months since then. So I was not happy with that. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!

The level of care they offer is truly outstanding--my kids are so comfortable during their appointments that they sometimes fall asleep! Sure, like any busy office, there are moments where things can get a little hectic or someone might forget something--but overall, they are kind, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. One thing I really appreciate is their openness with parents. Some dental offices don't allow parents in the room with their kids, but here, if you want to go back--just ask! So the first time I inquired about canceling they said I wouldn't have to pay anything , when I got to the appointment they then decided to charge me ( I said whatever , anything to stop working with them) , now every month since then , they have been charging my debit card every month. I first sent an email begging them to please stop charging my card and to please stop contacting me. No response, I figured they handle it. Next month rolls around I get an email saying I am passed due and they tried to charge my card again the first of the month. So of course I call frustrated, the receptionist didn't waste any time being rude to me , then hangs up. I work customer service myself , I wish I could hang up on people when they're upset. This company is a scam and they'll treat you as if you're the problem. Listen to the bad reviews , I ignored them and went to work with smile spot anyways . I'm currently half way thru my treatment plan and am now switching providers. I called this morning due to my upcoming appointment and requested to speak with the office manager (the doctors husband and front desk). I explained I needed the dental assistant to move a bit slower because I was near panic attack at my last appointment. The office manager said they couldn't make any accommodations for me as my it would mess up the providers schedule. Shocked at his refusal to make accommodations for me, I asked to speak to the provider. I didn't ask for a longer appointment - The accommodation I asked for was for the dental assistant to wait a 2 seconds before rinsing, instead he rinses at the exact same time he says "rinse". They don't have any other dental assistants, nor do they have any female dental assistants which was particularly difficult for me. Dr Sloop just called me and said my appointment was already very long and that's why he refused accommodation. I explained to her that this was poorly handled... The practice doesn't offer gas and I'm already medicating with anxiety medicine she prescribed. If my appointment time was too long, than why not offer two shorter appointments where you could make accommodation? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE FOR ANY PATIENTS REQUESTING MINIMAL ACCOMMODATIONS RELATED THEIR CARE - YOU WONT RECEIVE IT. DON'T COME HERE IF YOURE AN AXIOUS PATIENT.

Mr. Williams is a greedy scam artist who will attempt to upsell at every opportunity to snatch as much of your cash as he can. First sign of trouble: I had a chipped tooth that I was quoted at $300.00 to repair. Once the procedure was complete, they demanded over $600.00 using the excuse that they had to do a bit of work on the neighboring tooth, so it turned out to be twice as much. This exact thing actually happened twice. The second time, I was very clear that I needed a firm quote, and they said it would definitely only be around $300.00. Same $600.00+ charged, and same B.S. excuse. I was told that my Insurance would cover none of the cost, and that I had to pay out of pocket. This was a bold-faced lie, that I exposed several months after the fact. My insurance did cover the repair, and yet they kept my $600.00 payment as an account credit vs. returning it to me or even alerting me that that is how they chose to handle my hard-earned money. The final straw: Mr. Williams insisted that I had 2 "potholes" that needed to be treated. He assured me that my insurance would cover this treatment, so despite feeling no pain, I agreed to the treatment. After the procedure, I felt excruciating pain. I had to take time away from work on 2 occasions to have the treatment done correctly, as Mr. Williams was unable to fix his initial work. After this experience, I decided to not allow Mr. Williams the opportunity to torture and rob me again, so I demanded my account credit be returned to me. I was told that the last procedure had not cleared Insurance yet, and that once it did I could possibly have it back. I had to call back months later to remind them that I needed my account credit refunded to me. I was told that the "pothole" treatment was, in fact, not covered by insurance, and that I actually had to pay for that from my account credit. I hope that you read this and decide that Mr. Williams is not the kind of person you want do to business with. He will make you regret picking him, so just don't pick him in the first place.
