I was stunned at the behavior of the owner (? - woman on website) and one of the younger women who was making flower bouquets in the shop. I was kind and friendly and planned to buy quite I bit. I won't get into details, but to be treated that way - for absolutely no reason- sucked. Thankfully, other businesses in the area were welcoming and didn't show outward disdain towards their customers. I've had my own small business and I can't imagine being that unkind and rude to someone coming into my place of business. The thing is - I wasn't supposed to have seen what they were doing. I'm sure I wasn't the first person they did that to, nor will I be the last.

Then the day of homecoming, I called about an hour before they closed and asked if they could make a second wrist corsage for a friend's daughter who had a falling out with her date. Bill made one for me while I waited during my pick up for the flowers I had already ordered. He asked what I liked and didn't like for this extra corsage and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Easy to talk to and very focused on getting this last minute request right. Our friend's daughter was surprised and thrilled and my son and his date loved their flowers. Fantastic people. Beautiful flowers. We will be back for all our floral needs!

Not…read morefar outside Fox Chapel, this 50-acre farm manages to feel intimate and lush and secluded despite its acreage. The drive to get there along Route 8 was also very pleasant. Our financial firm arranged the event, and Becca - the flower farmer-owner, made us all feel so welcome. She guided us (verbally --- sadly --- as it was pouring rain that day! ) through her passion project (the farm) and helped us come away with surprisingly beautiful arrangements of our own making! The formula for creating our masterpieces was easy to understand, and there was enough hands-off and selection that we could really make our creations our own. What fun! Becca is a psychologist, too, and explained the power of flowers to soothe the mind. By the end, you definitely understand and appreciate that! The flower arranging room is a feast for the eyes --- from the stunning live-edge oak tables (made from an age old oak that fell on their property) crafted especially for Becca to the tubs of gorgeous flowers and greenery....It was such a great time. Can't wait to attend another workshop so I can tour the farm!
