I was fortunate to have selected Dr. Hatfield as my first choice. I will admit that he is in his older years but with age comes wisdom. Dr. Hatfield is a very knowledgeable Doctor. I appreciate the fact that as he's evaluating your health/symptoms he's also talking to you about them. Pretty much everything he sees, he's explaining along the way. You ask him a question and he knows the answer, not just a yes or no but an explanation along with it. He and his wife do an awesome job, they compliment each other. They're always carrying a smile. They sent me home with a huge leg brace with absolutely no instructions for the brace. Found out 2 days later from my in-home PT, that it was put on backwards by the surgery center. At one point It fell off, and I had no idea on how to put it back on. I also didn't know how long to keep it on. I didn't receive any information about the medications. I didn't know when to start taking them, if it was too early, how much to take, or if I should take stool softener. There were conflicting instructions from different sources.
