A pretty wide range of prices in furniture but each time I've tried to get assistance there, the people seemed to be too busy to really care to help answer questions. Pretty much anything and everything you need to furnish your home can be found here, from kitchen accessories to sheets and towels. And of course sofas, beds, bedroom furniture, kids stuff, dining rooms, kitchens, etc, etc.

I ordered baby furniture back in November with 8-11 week delivery time. After two delays and…read moremultiple emails sent to customer service I finally got a refund for my purchase. Many exchanges with customer service were rude and unhelpful, nobody seemed to care about the urgency of the order. This included a cot for a baby due to be born very soon. Instead I was mislead that my furniture would arrive at different times when clearly there was no possibility of a delivery at that point. To add insult to injury, on requesting again a refund I was offered a discount of 50EUR despite explaining my situation and that their new order date fell way after the due date of my child and approximately 6 months after placing my order. I would order from somewhere else.

I found this place while searching for a place to buy some hardware and heating supplies. As this…read morewas the closest location I decided to drive here. They have a huge parking lot and plenty of space to park. It's a massive location and there are tons of aisles. The moment I walked in there was a guy waiting to answer questions and he directed me to an information desk few isles away to find what I was looking for. The moment I arrived at this desk a guy walked along with me and help me find what I needed and explained the various options before leaving me alone to decide what I wanted. The cash out was also quick and polite. I must admit service like this is rare in such places in Germany specially on a Saturday ;-)) very pleased that I went here and not know where to find things, great to have help. It's of course German only but quite easy to understand fortunately :-) I would definitely come here again. Good selection, good prices and great service.
