It was clearly a one-man job and should not have taken much more than an hour for one guy to complete. However, on the morning they showed up, instead of sending just a single electrician over, they sent two. I thought it was weird, but just went with it. It appeared that one of the electricians didn't even stay for the duration of the job. Finally, when the job was done, I asked how much it would be, and they just said, "we will send you the bill." And they certainly did, charging me $375 in total, including billing me for the guy who didn't seem to stay the entire time. That's right, $375 for one 220 outlet, 40 feet of wire, and a breaker. The quality of the work itself was OK, which is why I gave them two stars. At least they didn't damage anything. :) Now, I am not suggesting that they are intentionally ripping people off, but I was expecting the job to cost about half of what they charged me based on their hourly rate and the cost of supplies. If you are like me and appreciate paying a fair price for value, then I would suggest you find someone else to do your electrical work.

One hundred percent of the work was unusable. After further investigation, I discovered that Ray is not licensed or insured and does not hold a valid Home Improvement Contractor license. Had this been disclosed upfront, I would never have allowed him on the job. When I started calling Ray out on the poor workmanship and asking for answers, his attitude immediately changed. Instead of fixing the problem, he became defensive and evasive. The situation escalated when Ray entered the property without authorization, which was captured on my security cameras, went into the basement, and removed the boiler. We are now dealing with attorneys, court fees, and court proceedings as a result. He is extremely unorganized, constantly pushes jobs off, and drags timelines out endlessly. What should have been a straightforward job turned into nearly three months of delays and excuses. Do not use this company. Stay away. Buyer beware. Don't say I didn't warn you.

They even stayed late into Friday night to make sure all the radiators bled and the heat was running properly as it should. It was a complicated job, but it turned out to be a reasonable bill, and these knights in shining armor even put my garage door, which I had reversed into that day, back on its tracks for me! Ray went above and beyond to make sure the water damage stopped and that my pipes wouldn't freeze by fixing the problem as quickly as possible. He also never speaks down to you and helps you understand what's going on in a really helpful way, and he is super responsive to calls and texts. Brandon has wired my entire barn, installed lights and outlet boxes with the proper GFI's where required! He has also just installed an exterior outlet box for the water troth heater for use in the winter. He also repaired our pool lights (which never worked since we purchased the house 4 years ago), repaired the landscaping lights (never worked), upgraded out electrical in our basement kitchen, put in proper GFI's where they should have been from the day the house was built (1988). New light switch in the laundry room, because when you turned on the kitchen lights, the laundry room lights also turned on. Waste of electricity!! Not now!! Put a light over the kitchen sink in the basement. New outlet in the laundry room (that when the house was inspected for sale, should have been replaced and caught by the inspector) but, was not!! Did extra outside electrical for our Christmas lights, (no more extension cords). Upgraded our entry light switches (no more electrical sparks when turning on). Replaced the breaker for our garage door, because it kept popping everytime we tried to open the garage door. The list goes on and on!!! I highly recommend this young man and his brother Matt to do any of your electrical needs. He is the first and only person I call now when electrical work needs done in our home.
