I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Vincent Tso and his team, especially since I have a lot…read moreof anxiety and fear about going to dental offices, and I've searched for years for an office where I could feel open and calm, and generally just feel like myself. I feel Dr. Tso and his team do a remarkable job of not just focusing on the technical work, but on seatside manner, expressing interest and openness to how I'm doing in my everyday life, work, and more. I love every opportunity to chat with Dr. Tso and his team about cats, art, mental health, and thoughts on life and the meaning thereof. Our lighthearted but authentic conversations truly put me at ease, give me a respite from life's stressors, and continually leave me with a feeling of comfort and acceptance. Perhaps most memorably, after I lost my father a few years ago, and while feeling devastated and somewhat confused, I turned to Dr. Tso. He knew how to respond in the most kind yet professional manner, providing both a safe space as well as a model of boundaried compassion which I have turned to many times in my memory as an example of how to respond kindly to emotionally-distraught and/or confused people seeking support and care. But this went away once she did the check up and started telling me of what I already had known with some new suggestions on how to proceed with treatment. What she was telling me made complete sense and I was surprised that I have not heard that before from my prier dentist. I agreed to start work and I am glad I did. After each dental cleaning, the hygienist walks you to the other room to have Dr. Khanchalian check for any cavities. He is very knowledgeable and will provide detailed explanations for any questions or concerns you may have. Dr. Khanchalian is also the one who does any dental fillings. Today was my first time going to Dr. Harringer's office. He was kind and patient. One thing that interested me was that he cleaned my teeth manually. No screaming drills. No blood. No conveyor belt of clients forcing the office to clean my teeth in ten minutes. And no anxiety, which I often have when visiting a dental office. I also appreciated that he stopped every few minutes to let me catch my breath since I tend to hold my breath during procedures. He made some chitchat and it was clear that he cared. Lastly, there must be something to manual cleaning. I've also felt a bit of rough fish-scale kind of texture on the back of my lower teeth after cleanings. I literally have the cleanest feeling teeth I've ever had. I am impressed, satisfied, and just plain blown away.

Dr. Harringer let me know that it could not be repaired properly and gave me the option to wait it out or replace it. I chose the latter. Didn't want to risk it getting worse or coming off completely at any time. The experience was smooth. Came in on a Monday and after numbing, he did a little drilling and removed the old damaged crown, did a little more drilling to clean up and excess, after doing the dental molds, and finding the right shade for the new crown, I left with a great looking temp. after drilling down some areas to fit properly. Schedule to come in the following Monday to get the perm any crown in. Week went smooth with the temp. Came in the following Monday and with no need to numb, we popped the temp. crown off, he cleaned the old temp. cement and after cleaning and drying my actual tooth. We cemented my permanent crown in. It looks and feels great. I highly recommend Dr. Harringer to others.

I was in the market for a new dentist since my original one was lazy and not very detailed. The second dentist I found was shady. So I called Dr Ko's office for a third opinion. I shared the quote and X-rays from my second dentist who I felt was overpriced. Nia, Dr Ko's front desk lady/dental assistant, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. She took the time to explain the costs. Dental insurance is billed per surface of a tooth. Each tooth has 4 surfaces. Nia explained that the second dentist was charging me for two separate surfaces for each adjacent teeth needing work-- hence the cost. Dr Ko charged one cost for both sides in between two teeth. The quote she gave me matched what I paid at the end. No tricks, no up sell. From all my dental experiences, Dr Ko's strikes me as one of the most ethical and gentle dentists. He is quiet and skillful. I've been here twice and both times service have been quick, painless, and pleasant. I am very pleased with Dr Ko and highly recommend him.

When seeking out specialist services (Car, Home, legal services or Health) it is imperative to get (at least a second option). I always recommend people do there due diligence if they don't want to end up in a bad situation. This is where is this dental office comes in (at least as a verification). Of course you can get your dental work done anywhere. However wouldn't it be nice to make sure that work actually needs to be done? From my opinion being an honest Dental office that will give you the "truth," before you just blindly walk into some place and spend 3-30k on dental work it best to verify that the work needed to be done to your own teeth or those of your loved ones if not close associates.
