The previous review by Lisa is hogwash and it saddens me to read her words about a phone call - she never received the recommended treatment because the office hours didn't fit her schedule. So I sat there for a half hour the doctor called me into the back room to start working on my back and then asked where's the paperwork? I laughed and told him that's why I came here early like you told me to fill it out the receptionist did not give it to me so we came back with the paperwork and asked me to go into the other room while he used that room for another patient what a set of balls. Dr. Pascual is a great doctor. Unfortunately he is part of Gulf Coast Medical Center. So this review applies to him as well because he has the same secretaries and office staff. The office staff has always worked with me up until I saw Cindy F. today. I hate to give a 2 star rating. I still think Dr. Pascual is a great doctor. The problem is this. At the beginning of each year you have to pay the yearly Medicare deductible. This year it is $109. I went in for my appointment and was informed of that. The only problem is I could only afford a little more than half of that which would be $60. They said I must pay $75. I thought paying $11 more than half of what I owe would be okay but they would not let me see the doctor. I'm in the process of paying a large amount of money ($2,000) to a dental office every month and I have to watch every penny. They don't seem to understand that. So I will wait till next month to see any doctor at Gulf Coast. In the mean time if I need help I will go to Bayonet Point ER. The woman who gave me the hard time and the attitude was Cindy F.

His nurse was very thourgh, but also very light-hearted. Actually a fun visit. But the day of the procedure was most pleasant. My previous colonoscopy was done by another doctor in town, who has no appreciation for anyone else's time. He books everyone in groups of 20! You show up for an appointment, only to wait 4 hours. But NOT with Dr Kanuri. At both the office visit and procedure, I waited no more than 5 minutes. Into tge prep room, change clothes, on the gurney, hooked up, and number one to go. Staff is great, very pleasant experience considering what's happening :) If you need a colonoscopy, this is far and above the Doc to see. You won't have any regrets!

The office is located on the Oak Hill Hospital Campus and has FREE valet parking. Dr Kerr is a Hematologist with experience working at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. Kerr is friendly, personable, asks a lot of questions and thoroughly explains his findings. Gave us statements to share with our family to describe his initial impressions and gave us step by step future plan to address my husbands condition. Excellent!!!!!!
