For those people who are cowards about going to see a doctor, this practice is likely not for you. When you arrive, there are no friendly greetings, only a sliding frosted door that is closed. You sign in, and then you see an arm reach for the clipboard, snatch it inside the office, and only then do you get a response. When someone has my insurance card and driver's license, I would like to keep that person in my field of vision. When my reason came up for the visit, there was more militant behavior as if these "front" people know more about me than I do. I know what the doctor told me, and they acted as if what I said didn't matter. A lady was called back and when a gentleman thought they meant him, he was given a harsh "No." Even with a sweet doctor, these people are ruining her practice.
