Also, the guys must have been in a rush to leave since it was the end of the day for them so they couldn't bother to wait for me to get off the phone to pay and/or inspect my vehicle after they were "done." My staff had to hand them my card because they were so impatient. ZERO customer service. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

The bathrooms as I understand it to be checked regularly and cleaned regularly that's both men and women's bathroom. Gas prices are what they are. There's always multiple staff 24 hours a day in the queue. I appreciate that given sometimes the crime rate and seeing other gas stations that run 24 hours a day only having one person on the graveyard shift. This bothers me for safety reasons. Every Oncue I've gone to is bright well lit. Customerservice is phenomenal. The GM typically works in the morning and they have a manager on every shift. Everything is cleaned throughout the day, and the graveyard shift does a phenomenal job of breaking down everything and cleaning the coffee machines or the grills along with what they call their second shift.

A few days later, I noticed water leaking inside the car and initially thought it might be due to the windshield install. I called them back, and they didn't hesitate - they came out, inspected everything, and found the leak was actually from the sunroof drains, not the windshield. Even though it wasn't their fault, they still helped fix the sunroof issue and made sure everything was dry and working again. That kind of support after the job was done is rare. Highly recommend them -- not just for the install, but for standing by their work and helping customers even when it's not technically their problem.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this auto parts store. I've been a loyal…read morecustomer, regularly bringing my vehicle in for service, but that loyalty was clearly not valued. I was charged over $300 to swap tire pressure sensors from one set of wheels to another--a service that Discount Tire offers for just $100. When I questioned the cost, the service advisor told me the high price was because they are an "auto care shop" and not a tire shop, essentially admitting they are not suited for this kind of work. If that's the case, I'm even more disappointed that they didn't recommend I go elsewhere instead of charging me three times the going rate. When I brought this up, they doubled down and insisted their pricing was average--which it absolutely is not. If you're a woman, a college student, from out of town, or someone unfamiliar with fair pricing in auto services, I strongly caution you against bringing your car here. In my experience, they took advantage of my trust and overcharged me for a basic job. I will no longer be taking any of my vehicles here. They've lost a paying and previously loyal customer through their actions.
