The neighborhood was perfect for us. We could easily walk to the Christmas markets, plenty of cafes, and get our bearings. Saying that means a lot for my rarely-if-ever abroad family.
The reception area is quite nice and the man working there was incredibly nice. He helped us plan our 24 hours in Vienna within 10 minutes and handled all requests without flinching.
The rooms themselves were beautiful. We had one triple and one executive king. It is worth warning that the king was more like two twins pushed together, but that isn't a rarity in these parts. The floors were amazing, the beds were clean (and comfortable), the TV was huge, and the bathrooms were some of the best I have seen in Europe. Our triple bathroom was bigger than entire hotel rooms I have had in the past.
Breakfast is included in your stay and you would be a fool to miss it. There is a huge buffet with a large selection of homemade breads, pastries, vegetables, fruits, meats, and cheeses. There are signs across the buffet noting that all products are local, so to respect the seasonality of certain items. There are also eggs, bacon, and other traditional western breakfast items.
The only word of warning I give is about the hallway. They definitely invest their money in the rooms and reception which does not phase me, but threw off a few people who came from the beautiful area downstairs to the slightly sketchy hallways.
