SF reserved the tickets online and we picked them up at the vendor. It was a small shack near the entrance to the sewer and we chose the English tour. The tour was less than an hour but it was so exciting! Coincidentally, it was raining right when we started our tour, so we actually saw the rainwater infiltration when we were at the grit chamber part of the tour. That was pretty cool. I loved how different sections of the sewer tour had lights to showcase. Most people do this tour because there were some chase scenes from a movie, but SF and I went on it to learn more about Vienna and their wastewater process. We bought the package for red, blue and green bus lines and unless you don't get off bus it's not worth it. We barely saw a few stops on Red then a few on Blue. We got off at Palace since we bought Palace tour and when we got their it was over a 3-4 hour wait to get in. This was well over the 1 hour that was quoted by sales rep. He said he can get up to 3 hours but if we rush their in the morning we should get in soon. Unfortunately I don't think you will get their any quicker since it just takes forever to get their with all the stops.
